Such is the influence of #CorneredTigers that our Head Coach is playing for another team :butt i have not seen someone play two sides of a war like this since the likes of Shiev Palpatine

The first thing I'm gonna say is think like Imran Khan and go for specialists, not ARs.

They're useless 80% of the time in these simmed matches.

I'd really prefer us to go for specialists over all rounders.

1) As far as diamond contracts/boosts are concerned, I was wondering if we should offer them only to players who are posting actively. In that way, there would be an incentive to post more regularly and the most active players wouldn't feel unrewarded.

2) jeetu has said that Diamond contract with boosts is useless as the boosts have virtually no effect on their performances. So my recommendation is to not boost any Diamond contracts.

3) Boosts to be decided on a match-to-match basis in accordance with pitch conditions and opposition lineups. Also 2 boosts per match so that we use all our allocated boosts before mid-season renewal.

Final decision is in your hands. These are just recommendations

Yes that is fine as we need to focus on specialists more.

I have skimmed through the picks you made and they're good.

I would not be around for the next rounds too as I am quite busy with WFH so may have more time over the weekend. If you're around in the meantime could you possibly do the picks and then post the team in here and we can go through it over the weekend perhaps?

The last recommendation is to change one of the right arm fast bowlers to an offie so that we can play Abdul Qadir and 2 types of spinners on a turning/spicy/nightmare pitch.

Agreed with everything what [MENTION=139075]Hadi Rizvi[/MENTION] said except 1 recommendation i’d like to make. We need to change 1 bowler into LH Chinaman instead of an offie.

Just a suggestion from my side.
 
This team should be renamed as Hawks' 2nd XI or Square drive's bootlickers the way this Hadi guy is busy doing Hawks' ch@mcha giri.

Shall we do the role changes now that we need as going by the people we have chosen they may or may not be active much and since the deadline is for 10th May we may as well go ahead and do so now or do you think we should wait?

Also let us discuss the players we need to change and to what roles etc;

Yeah we can go with that but we will need to get to know who that will be as I'd prefer that some of them come to the thread and share their views before we go ahead and do so.
