On paper it looks good but we have seen time and again in T20, they have struggle to close out the game. After Rohit, Kohli and Raina get out, Indian batting struggles. Dhoni isn't the force he is in ODI.

Biggest problem will be dew. AB could make merry if he gets some trash bowling

Believe me, Dhoni is a fantastic ODI player. He has a pattern in ODI which does not suit the T20 format. He takes 10-12 deliveries to get going which is fine in ODI but can be disastrous in T20.
