Should try Imad for a couple of overs inside the powerplay
 
Given that Shaun Pollock has shown that graphic of Usmans bowling action, we should expect every twitter expert to dunk on Azhar about why he dint spot it earlier
 
Good commentary so far...nice analysis of UKS action and why it isn't conducive for bringing ball back in.

I don't think SA got away with flier. And there is nothing wrong with Sarfraz body language yet. Criticism for sake of criticism.
 
Expect Hendricks to struggle against Imad. New players do.

Don't think we have a chance to win a T20 match either. Our team is badly exposed.
 
This is a great pitch for a quality team, but a nightmare for Pakistan.

Here, ball should come like a medium pacer unlike UAE, but Imad can skid through, hence LBW is on the cards.
 
No Shan, Amir, and Shaheen is kind of disappointing

Instead we pick Imam, Shinwari, and Imad. :facepalm: Oh well... Hope we can put up a good fight and maybe win?

The pitch is flat there is no movement for the fast bowlers plus we have 3 decent spinners in Imad Hafeez and Shadab

Rameez clueless as ever about why Shaheen isnt playing.
 
Why dont some people understand that shaheen and Amir are rested. No way pakistan is going to wc with this bowling attack.

Yes the MO is chuck, get called, ‘fix action’, get cleared, profess confusion about being called for chucking, come back in to team, play clean, fear getting dropped, start chucking again, get called again.

I agree we should be trying different combos. But in the 1st ODI against SA, you need to be playing your strongest squad. Could have tried different combinations in Aussie Series or once this series was won/lost.
 
Usman looking very good. He's exactly what we need. Needs to work with Wasim before the WC and he will run away with the show.

No, he is 3 times convicted chucker - if you serve your punishment for cheating, that legally clears you to carry on on, but doesn’t mean you were not a cheat. Do it 3 times - you are cheat & shameless, though still cleared to do your job.

This is PAK forum, hence there is little reaction on this - had IND or BD picked such a bowler after being convicted 3 times - PP surver would have crashed permanently.

Rameez’s attention to detail is as good as Pakistani cricketers. You would think that as the sole Pakistani voice on the commentary, he would have access to the the Pakistani dressing room and be able to provide access and inside information. Instead we get the usual bleating about getting to Australia one month earlier in 1992 so that the weather we could save us against England
 
Rameez could've just said burnout concern up front. Dunno what angle he was talking about

I was implying that its a wrong terminology in official terms. Personally any person or poster can call a player whatever he wants.
 
The only thing Rameez knows about pak cricket.

Hafeez bowls well to left handers.
 
I don’t think Shinwary offers anything new. What PAK needs a couple of new ball pacer, Hasan is already there for old ball & if they go for 4th pacer, Fahim/Amad is good choice.

What is missing is new ball pacers who can move the ball in power play. Shinwari can be handy with old ball, but not impressed with opening overs.

People need to understand that this a batting paradise.
40 off 10 overs isn't that bad.

S Africa will win this match by ateast 100 runs. Anything over 200 our batsmen can not chase.
