What the heck SL made put pak into bat first ???

Absolutely NOTHING in the pitch for pacers ... ball is coming so nice on the bat .... you would expect any other good team to put 500 + on the board but I am ready to see Pak pushing the self destruction button sooner or later to call that traditional batting collapse.

Must think there is a little for the bowlers on the pitch and the pitch will probably flatten out later making it easier to score. But I agree, don't see anything.

Don't think we'll collapse though.

Yep, just see now some movement by Pradeep ... Hafeez is clueless and tentative.

I hope you are right about the collapse.

Russell Arnold is worst than Harshe Bosla
love harsha bhogle. Quality commentator. Unfortunately usually it seems to be the double pairing of sunil and Ravi Shastri. Both very disrespectful to the opposition and general rubbish commentators. Even though sunil is arguably got a case as greatest opener of all time.

kulasekera is quite good at getting it whatever the pitch. Did it last time with ease.

Little worrying if the others are getting something out of it though.

Sri Lanka's new ball bowling has actually been pretty good in the test series so far. Which is encouraging for sri lankan fans at least because that seemed like a major problem in the last few test series for them.

Much has been said about Nuwan Kulasekara's Test record against Pakistan, and it is worth repeating. In five Tests against them, he has taken 25 wickets at 16.40. His record against other teams - two wickets at 121.50 against India, three wickets at 50.00 against New Zealand and no wickets in two Tests against England. It is the swing and seam movement; can Pakistan find a way to deal with it?

Taufeeq has been impressive so far and so has Umar Gul's moustache.
