Most subcontinental people have faces like that. Gym can't change anything about it, facial hair and haircut, sure.

Trust me. One of my friend was in worse situation than mamoon..
Looked too cute to be a dude.. He was like Katrina kaif with some facial hairs

This is 2 years old pic, he only needed 3-4 months to get back in shape thanks to professional trainers. He got depressed after some flops if im not wrong.
