Hair loss, whitening etc is more a hormonal problem. Styling, if done in an uneducated manner, can only damage the exterior but unless its a hormonal problem the hair grows back.

So dont hesitate with styling your hair.
The thing that damages your hair is dht(de hydro testosterone) that kills hair follicles. Its the hormone that steroids are made of. Not surprisingly, nearly all pro bodybuilders hv almost no hair

Yea around 20-25%, but I carry good amount of muscles as well. I can squat 150KG+, Bench 100KG+, DeadLift 175KG+, Overhead Press 65KG+ , My front on photo's look more fat than they actually are to you because I have big face similar to Ratan Tata.
