What's new

The NEW post pictures of yourself thread

Suleiman, you talk like a wise man mid thirties but looks like a kiddo

Thanks I guess, the kiddo look is what happens when I go without a moustache. With a moustache I look a bit older. As I said I vary my style a lot.

Btw you look like my cousin.

Well this is me, some 3-4 months ago.

Not posting my current pic as I am in-between rigorous GYM routine.

just want to visit India(mumbai) madly, want to see the people there and how they're different from here, there lifestyle and everything is of absolute interest to me...

Subcontinent is much different to here. Where are you from bro?

You look better than him. That guy has such a bland personality and look.

Yeah he's a dud in his movies. Lucky to star alongside Deepika, must have next level connections like Immy Farhat.

Brother, you look dashing, but I see a slight hint of make up though, and don't be misled by the advice of that Riddler, no need to build artificial muscles via weight lifting, better avoid it, running and good diet is the way to go.

You said that on my last pic as well lol I dont have any make up!!! And thanks but running and good diet alone doesnt make you look chiseled though they are necessary.

Brother, this is what I recommended, rest is up to you, you can also observe the looks of the past cricketers, they relied heavily on running and healthy diets, so they were very fit compared to the current generation cricketers who rely more on weight lifting, hence more injuries in the current times.

Bro, running alone isn't enough. For a good body, you need good blend of Athleticism and body-building. You won't get chiseled body by diet alone trust me.

Faster reps, 2 gm/kg of your weigh - protein intake regularly, low carbs diet and squats, lunges, crunches and what not are required for a great athletic body.
Watch jeff cavaliere for more info, he has been strength coach and physical therapist to elite baseball players

Reg injuries, It's not because of weight lifting or anything but cricket has evolved and has become even tougher. Rigorous training schedule and other things contribute.

I agree, but running, push ups and a healthy diet can keep one healthy, and in a good shape, a muscular look is just a fashion nowadays, which I don't prefer.
