I have been to Hillsborough. It was when Arsenal played Wednesday in the League cup last season.

Haha ! Well I did go see some games , Went to Man City and FC porto and Man U vs Westham , both were some good games and I'm from Canada so just the experience itself was quite good. Our games don't have such big stadiums for a 30-40 K crowd.

I will be shoveling all day. The sad part is that I did biceps and shoulders yesterday and practiced my leg spin today. So my arms will be dead on Wednesday.

I have never done this before either in my school days I used to study for 3-5 hours that too in last 2 months before exams but this time it's different I m preparing for an entrance exam for admission in medical college which is in may I have to be prepared really good for that exam but physics is giving me really tough time!!

No, not even drinking today. In Germany for one, and two even if I was in Ireland today is about going outside and seeing the parades and stuff. The actual "night-out" part always sucks in the cities anyway because the clubs are packed with farrr too many people.

My 5-year-old came home from school yesterday talking about Silly McGilly, who is apparently a leprechaun who plays tricks on children on St Patty's Day. He insisted on buying a green shirt, also for St Patty's Day. We had to buy three, since the older two kids needed them too. In all, St Patty's Day has set me back about $15.

At least in my current state of residence, there is just the one St Patty's day. I've lived in places where there were two: a St Patty's Day, and a State Patty's Day, because for some reason the state insisted on celebrating it on a different day altogether.

I'll have a burger patty for lunch. No bun, because of the whole keto thing.

Is it a public holiday in Ireland? We don't get a holiday for it here. It's just another day for most people. Apart from the college freshmen types (or people who refuse to grow up) who only need the slightest opportunity to get drunk.

Yes, its a public holiday so everybody gets the day off work plus the Monday after Paddy's Day is a bank holiday also. Basically a five day weekend

If you're part of any group chats then that score increases significantly faster whenever you send/receive snaps in that group. I'm not sure how the logic behind that works but yeah.

You're right but you still don't get a good response, i.e people may have the same A-level grades as me but they'll definitely be preferred because of there O levels, got 50% scholarship from METU (Turkey), and my friend with the same grades as me in his AS levels and better than me in O levels has got a 70ish % scholarship from NYU (Shangai,,,way better university).


And, you have to apply after AS since you'll loose 1 year if you apply after completing A levels, but universities require you predicted grades of complete A levels as well!

I recently went to a desi store and bought some cookies that were in a beautifully packaged box with Karachi Bakery written on it and the type of biscuits were called Osmania. They might be the perfect biscuits to have with chai. Slightly sweet, slightly salty and they melt in your mouth. I thought Karachi Bakery might be some bakery in Karachi which I had not heard of while I was there, but I turned the box over and it said Product of India and the address was from somewhere in Hyderabad, India.

We call it Seraiki and yes there is a large chunk of population that does speak it in South Punjab. Personally to me it sounds like a hybrid between Punjabi and Sindhi.
