Retarded Marks will scream that oh look at all you guys jumping on the bandwaggon LOOOL they had to keep fans from not cancelling their subscription by having Sting Headline a PPV with Rollins at the age of 56 for gods sake. The product needs to change as a whole or this trend will continue; the hardest thing will be starting from scratch because WWE hasn't developed a talent on the level of Cena so they will have to suffer in the short-term for long term prosperity

A lot of former dedicated weekly raw viewers who just go on YouTube to skim through the product. Many calling this one of the worst Raws in recent memory. Bellas being overexposed and pathetic end to rusev summer Rae angle.

Exactly to make vince change this crappy product you have to switch off. Watching every week won't make vince change a thing. Then trying to prove that you a bigger wrestling fan because you put yourself through 3 hours of a god awful show. A true fan wants it to get better and Vincent only understands that through lower ratings and lower revenue.

Vince thinks that he can maintain his product in this fashion irrespective of the quality, bringing in legends and part timers when required given that there ought to be peaks and troughs right. He has sought of taken his own company for granted and it was a huge mistake building it around Cena; we're not in the 80's anymore. Retarded fans call it whining but real fans want the promotion to succeed and this is not how things should move forward; it's a disgrace that the likes of Ric, HBK, Taker are the headline acts on RAW in the year 2015 :facepalm:

Damn is that from the angle where his limo gets blown up, we were all set for an epic storyline but it was cut because Benoit died. It just goes to show you what the company was willing to do in order to push the creative envelope; now they just go through the motions. Every RAW makes no sense and it seems the writers just copy and paste the same crap every week like literally, most on the team don't even have a passion for wrestling and Vince tends to get all the dudes that don't have such a background since he likes to keep a separation between the pro-wrestling and entertainment world lol it's almost as if he hates his own creation

Then HHH will come out and Kane, HHH and Stephanie will give an evil laugh that all this demon/corporate Kane charade was a way to kick Rollins out of the authority. Notice how HHH and Stephanie have been rather lenient on Kane. This could be poor writing or subtle foreshadowing.

Cue a face turn for Rollins. They could either reunite the shield or have Rollins exiled from both faces and heels making him a tweener of sorts.

I know. I can remember more than a few instances where Kane should have been world champion.

It's not just Kane. Rollins is great on the mic, can be a high flyer and has good power game. Still he is being made to look like a jobber champion. Getting owned every raw and smackdown. Losing by pinfall to ppv opponents. Retaining the title by the skin of his teeth in ppvs. That's terrible treatment.

I was happy to see him win clean against sting though the damage has been done.

WWE has so much talent today. Cesaro, Owens, Rusev, Ryback, Ziggler. Yet we see repetitive Kane vs rollins feud which is unfair on both men.

Atleast, new day is getting some good treatment by owning the Dudley Boyz a couple of times. They. Are awesome.

Rollins been used shiit as champ. I can't recall any lamer gimmick fora wwe champ. And I don't expect to see a change in his run.
Kane deserved title runs on so many occasions. Not just deserve, it just felt the right thing on multiple occasions. It will be the shock of the year if he wins at HIAC

A lot of great talents joined the roster this year as you mentioned but what's the point when they will be fed to cena ! It makes no sense, Vince has lost it completely

Rocks popularity mic skills charisma and intensity. Was something Trips could only dream of having. Triple H only has longevity on The Rock. Rock was the number 1/2 face in the most popular period of wrestling of all time. HHH is respected by fans but isnt beloved like Rock Taker Austin. primarily because Hunter as a face is average.

Rock is probably more loved because of his catch phrases and humor. Hunter most of his to time in AE was heel.

Hunter has regained a lot of favour amongst smarks because of his work in NXT which has been outstanding . New York is quite a smarky city no surprise there. And also he is a legend i never doubted that. But when it comes to drawing money and appeal. Rock is more over than Hunter and more popular. Hunter is ATG in his own right. Hunters run from late 2002-2005 is maligned by a lot of fans. You ask most fans they will rate Rock over Hunter. No matter how mant titles and accolades he has. Cena has 15 world titles but most fans will put likes of HBK Taker above him. Watch Mania 30 the start. Hogan Rock n Austin start the show it signifies the three biggest stars in WWE history.

Hunters run from late 2002-2005 is maligned by a lot of fans. You ask most fans they will rate Rock over Hunter. No matter how mant titles and accolades he has. Cena has 15 world titles but most fans will put likes of HBK Taker above him. Watch Mania 30 the start. Hogan Rock n Austin start the show it signifies the three biggest stars in WWE history.

Am I wrong to say, Hunter was missing in that picture. Hunter, Rock and Austin started their WWE journey together. He should have been there.
And I disagree, New York smarks are the probably the smartest smarks after phili. They let their views know unlike Chicago smarks who have dropped their standard and reupta by lining behind a quitter.

Lmao how in the hell was Hunter missing. It wasnt an attitude era celebration. It was a celebration of the three most popular stars in WWE history two of which happened to be from the attitude era. In terms of popularity and ability to draw Rock is above Hunter. And those are the most factors in the business being over and drawing money. Hunter was a great heel but to be the Guy in WWE you have to at one time get over as a face. Hunter is slagged off because of his burial of opponents during his time as an active wrestler. As a booker of NXT he has been outstanding when hes not wrestling Hunter knows how to book in the right way. When hes wrestling Hunter lets his ego get in the way a lot. And yeah i said New York was a smarky city in my previous post. The reasons Smarks like him now is because of the great job he has done in NXT. Many smarks online donr give Hunter the hate he got 7 or 8 years ago. A lot of them want Hunter to take over from Vince ASAP who has lost it.

When we look at the Attitude era; WWE often try to sell HHH as someone who was on the level of Austin and Rock when it came to their stock. It's very easy to see if that is true by asking ourselves one simple question, could the Attitude era exist without HHH? the answer is a emphatic YES. Could the AE era exist without the ROCK? although we could debate that most purists/experts including informed fans would say NO. To truly appreciate The Rock and what he did for the company we just need to look at how his popularity matched Austins if not exceeded it during their feud and then it just reached another level during the period when Austin was injured and the company really needed a face the fans could get behind; HHH did well to play the heel during that point but there were other stars such as Taker, Mankind, Kane, Chris Jerico and Kurt Angle who could have easily played the role of a heel with the backing of creative which HHH thoroughly enjoyed. Am not taking anything away from HHH as a performer in the AE but it doesn't make sense to put him on the same pedestal as the Rock and Austin.

Moving on, HHH continued to enjoy the backing of creative thanks to politicking in the early 2000's but we're looking at him as an individual performer so I'd say he cemented himself as probably the best heel during his run as the leader of evolution. The reunion of DX was fun and HHH was entertaining but it is quiet obvious that being a heel comes so naturally to him. When it comes to his in-ring work I feel he is underrated, for a man his size he is incredibly agile and can easily switch between a brawler and technician when required. When it's all said and done his career is HOF worthy but when it comes to which group of wrestlers he ranks amongst I'd put him a league below the likes of Austin, Rock, Flair, HBK etc. The Rock obviously returned to the WWE around 2011 and is sought of a part-timer now with this massive main-stream appeal which can never be matched by any wrestler, so if I were to start a promotion tomorrow and could pick anyone I wanted I'd have to go with The Rock. As an individual performer at this stage in his career there will never be another due to his decent in-ring ability, outstanding mic skills/charisma and main-stream appeal.

Of course Rock is above Hunters level when it comes to charisma, no arguing here.
But I feel WWE wouldn't be where it was in AE if HHH wasn't there. His heel character made superstars like Austin, Rock, Foley, HBK and Undertaker bring the best out of them. If you look at the top 5 feuds of AE. I can say this without even thinking that Hunter would in 3 of them.
