Yes assuming any of these charges are true, that still has to be ascertained. But it also has to be acknowledged that this rape - if it happened - was carried out as a non-Muslim, that is beyond doubt. I would suggest that being the case, he should be tried and judged by a Muslim court as we can no longer trust a non-Muslim jurisprudence to be impartial. Perhaps the non-Muslim jury will be subject to the same whims and evil urges as Tate was in his non-Muslim rapey days.

lol. I dont care what the religion of the person is and if you were able to stay out of your fantasy world for a moment, you;d see Ive wrote if he is found guilty, he deserves jail.
