Would you marry outside your race?

I = Pakistani = Urdu + Arabic + English + french ( thanks to my wife )
wifey = French= French + English+ Urdu ( Thanks to my Mom )
Kids = Pakistani French Americans = English+French+Urdu+ Spanish ( thanks to schools )+ Arabic (Thanks to my MOm )

Not bad at all, i see a great future for my self and my kids just because i married out of my Culture.

Afghanis are the most good-looking people followed by Pakistan Pathans :P

If i would ever get a chance to marry out of my caste i would probably marray an Afghani :) I love them <3

yeah i forgot about that...i know a few afridis and they only marry other afridis so thats a fair enough point

yeah same here lol...if the chance to marry an afghan came id go for it haha...the girls are stunning :)

Lighter eye colour means that you have recessive genes from both the parents BUT if a person receives a dominant gene for eye colour from either parent or in some cases both parents,then eye colour is going to be darker(unless a person is not suffering from any other pathology).
 
I would like to add one thing here, people here are taking colour of iris as the indicator of a race,when in reality it is not; NASAL INDEX and shape of skull are more suitable criteria to determine the ethnicity of the person.

Its the skull shape and nasal index that determines the race.......

Many blacks in US are light skinned and some have colored eyes. But they are still black because of skull shape and facial features. :viv

Yup i'm very well aware of that.

They say that their ancestors had 'asian' eyes though nowadays you would hardly find one. So it's irrelvant since that gene is next to extinct in turks.
 
Will have some difficulties with my ammi-jaan :yk But if she's Muslim, good-looking (:ahmed) ... and blonde :amir, that's not a problem at all.

Define culture.

I think first language would be most important ... and in the current age living in the West we all talk English as a first language, so wouldn't mind any Muslim from any country.

Yes. I won't mind. My gf is from philipines and she is christian. Neither same nationality, nor same religion.

Those two were never been an issue.

Asian parents usually prefer their children getting married within their culture.
 
My family genes involve intelligence, no hair falling out, no teeth falling out, excellent skin, great athetlic physique, dark eyes, normal sized ears, no huge noses, basically near perfect human being. It would be unfair on children to marry away and risk them losing these great assests. :)

my dad has sapphire eyes , my grandma green eyes yet me and my siblings have brown eyes :))
 
answer to topic - yes, being muslim and appealing to me is only criteria

Racial - No issues.

Religious - Ready to marry a non-religious person or someone who doesnt mind my religion.

But my parents will be :pissed: if i do this.
 
Do not really care about religion..infact i dont think I will marry a religious person...something I dont relate to..but if I like her and she is religious ..I can def adjust

Racial --nothing against any race...but I think I wont...I have more common with Indian and I find desi girls more attractive :P..and I do have some cultural differences with other races on a long run may affect the relationship

I will marry the person who I believe I can bare seeing daily and spending majority of rest of my life with irrespective of religious or racial lines.

There is a demand supply mismatch i guess. :)

And if u consider russian and ukranian are same , we both have something in common. :D

Race is certainly not an issue to me considering I am of mixed heritage myself...the religion one not so sure...may sound odd but I expect more from Muslim women than I do of non Muslims if that makes sense which makes me less likely to get with them...
 
Yes to both. In fact, it would be ideal That way, I can hopefully force some tolerance onto my family.
 
One of my Indian friends married a Back American. The girl and the guy moved to India and settled down.

Another Indian girl I know married a chinese guy and settled in China..

My other school friend married a White American. I saw the wedding pics and they looked funny. The entire girl's family were dressed in Indian attire and were doing all Indian rituals. :))

Another Indian girl married a white Dutch guy and settled in Netherlands...

Many Indians are marrying outside of their race these days. But still 99% of the people still marry with in their caste.

Indians do not mix with anyone. Usually mixed babies are really cute and flow of genes is helpful in eradicating certain genetic diseases. I really like the new trend. It is slowly gaining acceptance even though both the guy and the girl have to face a lot of adversity.

Marriage is about compatibility for me. We are seeing a lot of inter caste , inter country marriages, but immigration rather than love is the driving force these days.

I can marry only when i am comfortable with that person, because you would not like to have arguments day in and day out.

I feel everyone will do if they fall for a girl. If they don't then it will be more due to social pressure than anything else.

I think I would have a bigger problem with height.
