Good honest effort from Arshad: 10 overs for 44 runs. Nothing to show for in the wickets column though but atleast he did not go for too many and he came in to bowl at a time when Gayle was going beserk!!

Arshad bowls his 10 over spell, bowled tidely would have been nice for him to pickup a wicket or two as the leading specialist wicket keeper...

44 runs of his 10.

He's not a wicket keeper! :))

if any of you still think that windies have a chance, especially with a req runrate of 7.4 and rising....

then im sorry but i cant see the same picture

Is Gayle in your picture?

I think if we manage to keep Morton on strike for 3 deliveries in an over on average we'll easily win this game

yes he is but im not convinced he alone cant take windies to a win, now that the req runrate is 8.something

face it, they have to make 120 runs in 15 overs with most of their top batsmen back in the pavillion

Windies require 8.33 runs per over.

Very gettable while Gayle is still in

WI shud have sent either browne or jonny bravo ..

but wth i m not complaining :P

Afridi bowled 3 dot balls to Morton and then gave him a single on the 4th ball....thats exactly what I was talking about. Gayle will get frustrated on the other hand and gift his wicket if Morton keeps playing like that. WI would probably have been better off sending Bravo or Smith instead of Morton.

face it, they have to make 200 runs in 15 overs with most of their top batsmen back in the pavillion

200 in 15 overs, now I'm sure you can see a diffrent picture. They require 125 runs in 15 overs with Gayle most probably going to go on explosive mode once he gets his centary. Then anything is possible!

one word = GAYLE

Gsayle slowed down for his ton, and run rate needed is about 9.2!

Gayle played a bit selfishly. He placed his hundred ahead of his teams interest.

I am expecting him to go ballistic now

Forunate Morton clearing Shabbir just about, a very desperate shot...

nearly run out aswell, but over throw and morton gets 2 more.

100 to win off 60 balls.

In Pakistan's hands, rain coming down harder now

so who wins if D/L is applied? coz Windies still have 7 wickets in hand and thats very important as far as D/L is concerned.

Any ideas!!

Poor effort from the fielder on the boundary diving over the ball, pathetic effort...

Is that Shahid Nazir...

100 needed off 10 overs with 7 wickets in hand, not to forget that the windies still have browne and we all know wat he did last time round

Pakistan are ahead on DL, I think even with 7 wickets.. the gap is too big in terms of balls and runs

92 from 56.

As long as Pakistan keep down the extras, Pakistan should win.

Who will win on the DL system? should the game be abandoned now

we need razzaq, rana, and shabbir to keep them quite now and inshallah we will whitewash them

9 runs from the over, Windies need 10.

Wet ball not helping the spinners.

Will be important how the fast bowlers come back at the depth of the innings. Rana and Rao were very good in previous matches, but will be a different thing bowling to Gayle compared to the tail.

All to play for but Pakistan big favourites

ball being changed bad news, especially with the pacers coming on soon, the ball will be harder and come on more

why do we have the spinners on in damp conditions with a wet ball. Afridi went for nine runs in his last over.

Pakistan just need a couple of dot balls in succession and pressure will be on batsmen to do something extraordinary.

Malik gets on dot ball, but another wide spoils this over

Windies are favourites while Gayle is still there

10 runs per over for Gayle is childs play

we must get Gayle out orelse they will always be in the game with big hitters still to come

Morton gets caught in the outfield, Malik picks the wicket, another catch for shabbir running around the boundary

27 for morton.

Morton getting out at this stage might turn out to be a blessing in disguise for the West Indies

80 runs reqd off 8 overs with Gayle and Smith on the crease. May well turn out to be an exciting finish.

Malik bowling wides.
the only pak bowler who hasn't bowled a wide is
RAZZAQ
where as the west indies bowlers only bowled 3 wides and 8 extras in total including leg byes where as the pakistans extras total is 13 6 wides and 4 no balls and 3 leg byes and the extras will come for the west indies

YES finally an lbw decision by a windies home umpire

good slower bowl on target on middle stump !!!
Dwayne Smith gone

225-5

79 needed from 45

Strange Decision, thought Browne would be coming out to bat instead of Bravo !!!

Good for Pakistan, fewer balls for him to bat

43.1 Shabbir Ahmed to Gayle, one run, moves away and pushes to the off

Bravo defended it, went for a single, was halfway down the track, Gayle said no.. Shabbir picked up the ball in his follow through, ran towards the stumps.. threw, and missed.. Bravo had already given up

Another snick and edge and another flipping decision not given by the umpire !!!

That is 3 clear edges not given by Sheppard and company in this series !!!

Bad fielding by Rana and Bazid and a noball from Shabbir = 4 runs

that should've been out caught behind, sheppard as usual misses one in crunch time.
it didn't help that shabbir didn't appeal, and akmal looked like an idiot appealing alone ...

43.4 Shabbir Ahmed to Bravo, no run, an edge or gloves to the keeper,
appeal declined by umpire Shepherd

was it out?
