Pitch after rain is no longer 200. Also it was never a 200 run pitch. Par score was 248 but after rain its clearly a 280 pitch.

Ball stopped spinning and swinging after rain and came onto the bat nicely.

He is no more than a spin basher. Yes, Rauf bowled a little short and he took advantage. Check his weakness against pace when the pace is a little fuller. He sticks in his crease and looks terrible technically against pace.
