Clearly no one is saying that - but you still have got 15 overs of pace remaining. So why not bring in pace.
 
Shaheen is back in attack. Now it may cost you in the death, Mai pehle bata raha hun. We know how pandu eats spinners.
 
Match truly slipping away now. Can't even chase 200 here under testing conditions against Indian bowlers

Babar cant bowl pacers till 30th, he needs to adjust the spinners somewhere, and what he has done now is correct. 8-10 overs of spin and than some pacers. Because if not the final 15, than the final 10 overs need to be of pacers.

It won’t matter as much now. Batters look much more set. When they were on the ropes, that’s when you take your chances and kill the game right away

With the old ball, Shaheen might not really be a threat if he keeps bowling at 133-135 kph.
 
Just realised india are playing with 4 pacers..they are too good and too educated
 
Pak has done well so far. There is nothing wrong they have done under wet conditions
 
get two overs by eithe agha or chacha, and than bring in naseem and harris for 2-3 overs.
 
Hardik nearly took the game away from us in the CT final before he got run out.

If you gonna put your opponent on a pedestal, then it’s not gonna help. Pacers were creating chances. Both Ishan and Hardik looked uneasy. But they were very comfortable as soon as the spin came on

Relax kar bhai…they are playing with this team for sometime. Just because other team is batting well now, doesn’t mean we bowled badly. 1 more wicket who knows india might not make to 220 even.

And how exactly would you put pressure on them? Haris Rauf was bowling from untill 95-4 and Shaheen is back at 115-4. Easier said than done.

umm hardik didnt even play the initial pacers, as soon as he came spin was on. Ishan was attacking the pacers.

U are missing the point brother. Indians are generally good players of spin and we are playing 4 of them. With overcast conditions they should have gone with another pacer.
Spinners from both ends allowed these 2 to settle

Things should not even go 50 overs. When you have the opposition 4 down, you don’t look at 50 overs. Haris has bowled poorly, not his best and even he’s taking wickets
 
Pandya is a perfect candidate for an LBW the way he has been facing Shaheen
 
Nawaz and Shadab bowled 7 overs in tandem

The thing is Pakistan dismissed the big fish easily , Rohit and Kohli. Now Pakistan should be dominating the game rather than being milked by such ordinary batsmen like Pandya and Kushan. If it were Kohli and Rohit batting I would understand.

No one expected this to be seam bowler pitch. India always play Pandya regardless and india always go with 4 pacers. They dropped shami as well. Shardul thakur is not a fast bowler a part timer.

so if pakistan bowls 30 overs of pace. And hardik survices with jadeja, and we get spanked for 20 overs of spin the last interval of the match, would you be ok with that?

Which bowlers are firing for India at the moment . Bumrah is always a threat but the likes of Imam should be able to see him off
 
9 more overs of spin need to be adjusted. get 3 more overs maybe, and than start a pacer from the other end
 
50 for Kishan! Excellent batting under pressure. Very calm and compsed! An ideal replacement for Suresh Raina in the middle order especially during WC. Goodbye to KL Rahul.
 
First time I've seen Ishan Kishan bat live and he looks good. Batted sensibly but still maintaining a healthy SR in a tricky situation.

May be worth opening with him to give a right-left combination.
 
I've always been a proponent of having 4 seamers across test and odis

You can get away with 3 in t20 but the longer formats you need that 4th seamer
 
now is the time to bring in a pacer from one end as 7 overs of spin are left.

20 overs to go. 13 overs of pace remain. Babar has a loooong way to go before becoming a decent captain.
 
This has to be the last over from Shadab, not seen one delivery that’s troubled the batsman
 
How can you still have Shadab bowling is beyond me. Salman and nawaz doing a better job out there.
 
poor fielding, shadab should run back to the wickets instead of shouting to naseem, he was not there to catch the ball

Oversimplifying here. You can mix it up, pace at one end, spin at the other. Who’s saying they bowl out in 30 overs, but you don’t bowl consecutive spin for as long as he did
 
Fielding in the outfield seems very tough, lot of strange bounces
 
Shadab you need to make it up with the bat now because bowling has been below average
