40 minutes or so to go for the 1st ODI of the series.

Perth just had a passing shower so hopefully game will start on time.

Perhaps last chance for Dhoni to redeem himself and shut his critics. Otherwise I hope he goes for the betterment of Indian cricket.

Lots of new faces in both the teams. Expect some good contests between new Aussie pacers and Indian batsmen most of whom are yet to do anything of sorts in Australia vs Australia

I would've liked Aaron to have played this series, even if he is a spray gun. It's not like we're winning this series anyway and this would've been a good experience for him to learn bowling in the Australian conditions.
