Not yet . I think the next few years will see many countries competing with Australia . Once the psychological edge is gone Australia will have to win purely based on talent ...and going by that their bowling and aging batting leaves a lot to be desired .

congrats India
Give credit where its due.
We won the match with our second string bowling attack.Munaf,Sreesanth and Zaheer all of them were injured.Do you think your south africa can do this?

In RP Singh Ishant Sharma India have unearthed to very promising bowlers! They were really a threat and to the Aussies batsmen! All in all Congrats to India! The better team won!

This was a fantastic test match. First time I've been glued to a test not involving Pak. Great win by India so congrats to all the Indian fans here. Also I think Ishant is a great find. If only Pak can follow that example and introduce our young quickies like Sohail Khan and co..

Above all ,it was test cricket at its best .The drama ,the excitement .Fantastic finish ,yes gave us some heart pains .But it was still wortrh gold and made this test match even more memorable and beautiful.

Hail both teams .Hail Aussie tail enders .Above alll congratulations for my team after all those debacles from sydney they played with spirit and made history .

I don't think it was cricket at its best, because I think India dominated through the test. A more even contest can be labeled with what you have described. Well done to India, regardless.

And yes, Ishant has bowled really well here compared to what he did against Pakistan. Not only is his pace up, but he also relied on his stock inswinger to set up plans for the batsmen and is bowling more at them instead of letting them leave deliveries. He could and probably would replace Sreesanth in his national side (who tends to bowl a lot of rubbish and lacks control).

Bucknor has been arrested for a drunken brawl he had after India won the match. He is cooling his heels in a jamaican cell smoking pot.
:) with his hand and index finger raised.

I read on a Aussie website where a fan was cyring foul for Symonds decision.

But I think that it is even stevens for a decision against Pathan in the first innings.

But on a lighter note, as for Symonds decision, well, as pointed out by Sunny Gavaskar, his bat comes with a 'silencer', and so the umps cannot hear the edges off his bat. :)) :)))
