Theyve then tried to offload them at a premium rate (inflated $$$$).
And Ind/BD fans have REFUSED to pay. SO as a result, thousands remain unsold on ebay/outside the grounds.
ICC/WICB are laughing - they get a sell out crowd, without having to deal with the hassel of a sell out crowd!
