Kohli cannot strike at over 150 S/R at will. He is good for 100 S/R and hence he is a gun ODI player.

Your expectation has to be managed going forward, as I told you in other thread - he'll be 32, come 05 NOV, may be 1-2 years hidden in it as well and the guy is married now - you'll never see the Kohli of 2018 T20 WC against Aussies. Still, a world class batsman till he retires, but peak Kohli almost certainly could have matched peak SRT, if not better in ODI/T20.

In 2023 WC at home - IND is heading towards the same situation of 2019 - officially Kohli 34, Sharma 36, Dhawan 37, Shami 31 , Jadeja 34 ...... - they can't be dropped (unless retires voluntarily), can't be expected to deliver like in their 20s.
