Eoin Morgan, Alex Hales have opted to not come for the tour and Root has been rested. So 3 regulars missing in England's lineup.

Will be interesting to see how would the pitch behaves. :shakib

I don't know why but I laughed a little reading the title, don't know why.

Should be an interesting game. Let's see if Buttler can match QDK's tenacity so far JattMaula

Should be exciting contest. Both teams look equally poised, with BD missing Fizz but team is full of confidence with Taskin returning and remaining players fit. Its a shame that Soumya isn't in form because an inform Soumya could have made use of the pace English batsman provide.

Our fielding is inferior, lower order batting is inferior(probably an understatement). It has to be our middle order and our bowling attack which needs to make the difference. Pitch won't be a dustbowl. Today Shakib has to perform for the side. He has done well here and there recently, but hasn't been dominant. For a player of his calibre, he needs to step up to the occassion and perform with bat and obviously the ball.

Hope we win :shakib

England have won the toss and decided to bat

Duckett and Ball to debut. Would assume it's plunkett not playing given he picked up a niggle in the warm up match.

Bangladesh is clear favorite considering England can not play spin at all.

If the pitch was going to be a serious turner England would've picked Dawson instead of Ball to replace Plunkett.

England are still pretty strong favourites but this would be Bangladesh's best chance given the experimental nature of the side.

We don't even have a single quality office in our entire domestic setup. Needed a quality offie for the English lefties

A single offie like Ashwin would have made us clear favourites.

England taking it easy and not playing Root. This might come to bite them in the rear.

Shafiul is a poor choice - should have picked Nasir.

Someone, pls drag out Ata from the Com box. Zzzz..... He's so annoying :sanga

One more wicket will put Bangla in the driver's seat.

Think BD doing well already but what we notice about England is that run rate just doesnt get effected by wickets - they keep on scoring until all out

Two lefties on the crease and Mashrafe is still continuing with shakib. I don't think it's a very wise decision. This one should be shakib's last over.

A genuine offie would have demolished England's southpaw battalion.

But we don't have one

Bangladesh should try to restrict England below 250. We aren't the best sides chasing

Indeed, these English batsmen just keep on going. The only way Bangla can stop England from putting up a massive score is by picking up wickets on regular intervals.

Poor team selection. Bangla should've picked up a genuine off spinners.

anything above 250 game over for bangladesh...need wickets stokes is dangerous...

with three lifties in their middle order genuine offe was a good choice but do they have any????

Bangla should consider themselves lucky If they can restrict England from scoring above 320.

Ben Duckett has slow down a bit He should not throw away his wicket Now crucial moment in the game

Brilliant attitude by England, and these two lads. The runs are coming at a decent pace and they look comfortable here...

Opened Cricinfo to see Stokes scoring in Bangladesh!!!

His game on slow pitches is dodgy.

Have to watch it live now.

50 on debut in alien conditions and under pressure at the age of 21, impressive so far from Duckett.

Banagla bowlers aren't bowling enough slower deliveries. Bangla is seriously missing fizz.

May not be the best wicket to get now :) but a wicket is a wicket.

Well played young man on debut. His flexible wrists are more like Asian players than English player.

Butler enters with 11 overs & 6 wickets at hand :(

The Bangladesh captain looks so angry!

If people are still doubtful - England's white ball revival is for real.

A very good platform to attack in final ten overs.

Stokes looks absoloutely exhausted and is still sprinting the singles and pushing for 2s.

Well played Stokes - raised his game in absence of the experienced pair in middle order.

Definitely bhai. We've seen some Poor fielding from Bangla today. Ground fielding was quite OK, but catching was horrendous

May be not int this match, but imagine these type of catching when defending? Mosha should make way for Nasir, with 3 lefties in English middle order, 10 overs of Sakib's left-arm spin is fine.

Mashrafee is the 2nd best bowler in Bangladesh now. Any bowler would be hammered by English batsmen.

Great time for Bangla to pick up a wicket. Hopefully it will slow down the run rate of England. The primary target for Bangla now is to restrict England from scoring 300.

Bangla should Keep these two quiet as long as possible. They have definitely come back quite strongly in last couple of overs. England were looking good to score well above 320 just a moment ago. But things have changed quite a bit in Last half an hour.

Still, it's a difficult situation to reverse. Don't think, anything over 275, is comfortable, however dew can be a big factor.

Pitch looks quite decent for batting. It doesn't have that much turn or bounce...... Ball is also coming quite nicely on to the bat. Bangla still have good chance of making a match out of it if they can restrict England from scoring 300 and bat sensibly in the later half of the match.

Butler just smoked two Sixes

Hmm right. Especially when quite a few Bangla batsmen r badly out of form.

England is gonna have a fun time. Its fun watching you unless they are playing against your team smashing Wahab at 11RPO
