Well Actually, Finn gets him out by bowling poor deliveries, short and wide and Rutherford edges it most of the times even in NZ he got out like this, even in the previous innings he was unsettled trying to chase some short and wide deliveres before driving and edging a full one.
His Positive intent brings his downfall.

Looked good against Swann, Swann isn't a mystery bowler so you usually play for the Turn when facing him and Rutherford got unlucky as one didn't turn.
