asif is a great bowler but why isn't he successful in one days? or is it that our captain doesn't know how to make use of him?

With his 78mph pace must of the times is easy picking without swing.

And if by saturday we dont start getting full days then this match will be draw. Even then it might be difficult, pitch is flat and once ball stop doing much in the air it will be hard to take wickets.

Bad light maybe a good thing if its only a short time period of the field.

Gives time for bowlers to re-group.

Pakistan need to get Trott early as hes looking good already.

Hopefully we can get 2/3 wickets asap when we get back on!

Trott always looks good when he first comes into the crease. He's a quality no.3. Well in England anyway. Good batsman to dig you out of a whole and he'll usually last for some time, hopefully preventing a collapse.

As I've said before, I truly think he's the most difficult England batsman to get out. Trott doesn't give up his wicket very easily.

Asif's looking very good. Nice to see strauss removed before he became a problem.
