I sense a collapse coming after tea. I will take a lead of 100 runs at this point.. lets hope they dont disappoint us.

No wicket gifted to English bowlers to enjoy with their tea? Am I dreaming?

keep the tempo up, the current pair is batting quite well...Azhar needs to keep chatting with Umar though, calm him down.

What has being defensive done for Umar in the last few matches? It's time our players learned to find the balance between patience and aggression. Umar ha taken a few risks but he's also defended the good balls.

he played one risky shot only ... pull of swan .. which just went above the mid wicket fielder

that six was amazing :)... he saw the ball till the last minute

We need both these guys to be there at close of play if we really want to be on top in this match!

A good 2nd session of batting though!

do you have to drink tea during your tea break? or can you drink sharbat

Minimum of 150 run lead needed here. I dont know how Pakistan will get there.

I guess on flatter pitch plp like Azhar ali look good, but how come Farhat n Salman Butt still failed where a night-watchman scored more than them? Is it competence on farhat's case n Pressure on Slaman's case?

Poor light, not good. Once the we get a lead the pressure will be on England.

Umar nearly chops on.

I'm hoping to see an Umar Akmal laser show this session.

Make it happen!

Cricinfo laying into Strauss

Paul Collingwood from the Pavilion End - Strauss starting up with his strike men, clearly.

three fielders on the leg side ... bowling round the wicket

Trying to frustrate umar akmal or what?

Did Akmal just play four dot balls in a row? :90:
