That's the only thing I liked about pakistan batsmen except for 1st test atleast they are going for runs and not blocking ball after ball.

Australia is 1 or 2 wickets away from triggering a collapse. Pakistan has to sustained their concentration for longer period.

Masood and Warner just gossiping like aunties.

Lol they showed Shan Masood at non striker end for the no ball replay. Blatant cheating.

Masood looks good but he's not consistent with his shots. Eventually, he gives it away.

It’ll be sad if not a single batsman scores a century this tour.

Australia is relentless. Never think you are ahead of the game after winning a session or two. You could still lose.

Seems Aswin is much better batsmen and package than agha.Agha is struggling against any bounce and not even scoring.

It has eased out. Rizwan Salman can make most of it if they keep out those out-of nowhere deliveries.

Good innings by Rizwan so far compared to the other haymakers in the team

Need 250 then need to make the new ball count to make a match out of it.

Pakistan batters failed to cash in on the pitch which is pretty similar to those at home. No real help from pitch for the pacers but still they are 5 wickets down.

Here’s a simple rule of thumb: if Rizwan is able to score a 50 then the pitch must be a belter.

Utter shame that Saifi was dropped after one poor test; I guarantee he would have bosses Lyon on this SCG road

May not be spectacular to watch, but Riz is actually the cornerstone of this PAK batting. Somehow he look’s struggling but scores vital runs; keeps as well - he is like the MVP of this team. I think, apart from Kohli, he is the only player in world with 40+ average in all three formats. Massively underrated player.

Best batting pitch in Aus after first session but nowhere close to as flat as the ones at home

Apparently safraz is better last time I seen he couldn’t move to his left for a basic catch twice

not flat but still a belter to bat on. No real demons in the pitch like Perth or MCG. Should have batted well than they did

Salman also hasn't got much of backfoot game but I expected him to be tenacious.
Abdullah babar Saud have been timid as expected

Yes it was a matter of surviving the first session. Disappointing none of the batsmen learned from their mistakes and went out in a similar fashion as the previous games. I mean those drives away from the body against new ball are just not acceptable

Rizwan is bossing this. Hardly get to see a pak batsman doing this as a pak supporter lol

They were facing fresh pacers with new Kookaburra as well on first morning at SCG. Batting condition has improved significantly since lunch. This ball is much easier to negotiate after 20/25 overs. But Riz had been very positive as well, even after 5 down inside 100 - making hay when the sun is shining. He should get a hundred here, may be a big one.

With the quality of other batsmen that pakistan has if anyone still thinks rizwan is not good enough for this lineup then this should be a banable offense lol.I really dont know what agenda people have against the guy.

Pakistan over 4 runs a game now and absolutely destroying this Aussie attack with ease at the moment. Impressive batting by both.

Impressed by both Agha and Rizwan.

Rizwan continues to prove why he is currently the best Pakistani batsmen and one of the few world class players we have.

Looks like we are going to be stuck with Rizwan’s torture for another year and a half now. Don’t expect us to win a test series at home this cycle either

DO not jinx these 2 batters, please.. They have been batting nicely.

rizwan playing a very good knock in overseas conditions. Looks set for his first 100 in Aus..

Figured Salman would struggle in these Australian condition vs good pace but for the most part, he's been pretty good on mostly pitches that aren't easy to bat on vs an elite bowling attack.

He's not quite Hafeez with the ball but I think Pakistan have a pretty decent batting spin all-rounder in their hands who can bat at a good SR too.

Salman showing guts as usual. Not sure why he gets so much stick here. He averages 40 or so which is very decent for a no. 7.

Batting has been easy so far. Getting boundaries now. Good work from Salman and RIz. SHould keep attacking.
