Well he was out for a lot of hours. I think that's what they go by. So I think Malik has to come in next, and possible Akmal too. He was out for a while, and he can't bat until Pakistan bat for as long he was out for I believe.

picth is getting easier but I believe Pakistan have a lot more variety then India do....and last inning pressure is difference.

I suggest a 200+ could be enough

Well a last day pitch is definitely more suited to the bowling, the only exception being that the pitch isn't in Pakistan

Both are big stars have messed up twice in the same test. Ouch.

Malik has gotta hold thngs together and must play well. I would have actually sent Akmal in. Malik is too easy to get out.

If we keep going like this, he might not have too much to play with.
 
Tme for Malik to play a big knock here.

I think Pakistan should be looking for a lead of 300 as a minimum.
 
Pak is some trouble here...We are only 100 ahead. We need that magical 300 to feel good with a not so experienced bowling line up against India's batting.

There is loads of time in this game.Butt now needs to carry the bat.

I hope SB doesnt go into his shell now. No point in being negative out there.

Misbah can bat at number 7 say the commentators.

Well we had a chance to bat IND out of this game especially after the good start from the openers but that seems out of the equations now.

I hope our batsmen would be a bit positive and give the bowlers a good score to play with.
 
This match was a landmark one for me.

Its the match in which Rameez became more annoying to listen to than Shiva & Arun Lal....
 
What Malik needs to do is forget that he is Captain of the team. Just play normally like he used to play under Inzy. He is fine player in these conditions..
 
Watching Malik bat. An observation - he pushes very hard at the ball, hardly ever with soft hands.

Pretty had to master 'soft hands' technique for a player like Malik
 
Malik has really gotta deliver here.

A great opening start today, but it prolly puts off any new changes for like the next 10 tests.
