Could've easily tempted him to hit over the top early in the inns but Cook refused to attack for apparently no reason at all, now paying the price. if anything Ashwin highlights the problem of the specialist batsmen even more. I'm not bashing Ashwin he's a good bat for a bowler, in fact he might even be the best test bat out of any of the current bowlers today. But if guys like Ashwin are performing on this pitch, why aren't guys like Gambhir, Tendulkar, Kohli etc. These guys have all got more batting talent, better technique and more experience.

Wow what a performance by the Eng bowlers. From none for 80 odd to 8 down for less than 160. The wickets of Sehwag and Pujara in the space of a few overs were the turning points. Things have got a bit away from Eng towards the end though. Ashwin putting up a great fight back.
