Probably in BBC achieves, I saw Asif Iqbal hitting 140 on 6th day wicket (those days they used to play Series deciders for 6 days) in Kingston against WI in 1976 - that wicket had 3 cm wide cracks on good length & some of the pieces were coming out with every ball.
