It is a poor bowling rotation for whatever reason. Way back in 1992 on a heavily seamer friendly perth India defending 126 runs bowled all their 4 seamers in 40 overs. So India had no seamer left . WI was 9 down 5 to win. 18 year old Tendulkar bowled gentle outswinger and nailed Cummins. Match ended in tie.
