Can Pakistan take an unassailable 2-0 lead?
 
Good decision by Azhar I think. We have good batting record at Sharjah
 
Dunya news needs to be taught a lesson. They consistently reported Rizwan getting dropped for Akmal and now we don't see a change. They should be sued by PCB now.
 
Watching SA smash Aus and have scored 239 after 37 overs, plus look well on their way to a score of 330+.

Next years CT will be held in Eng and the pitches are going to be duds, so how are we going to compete with SA and Ind?

The chances of progression seem very minimal in the CT17.

I wouldn't go much into it, SA is playing a second or even a third string Aus bowling lineup. Even Pak would pile up 300 against these guys.

Whether he'll get in his 40s and throw it away

290 wasn't that good in the last game, need to score better and learn to accelerate and the end

Not rating these games with WI that much

And where is Chris Gayle?
 
If Azhar survive we will not score over 250 for sure. 1 of 7!!! Great aggressive batting

Straight away Azhar adding pressure for Sharjeel. It is so blatantly obvious that Azhar is not suited to ODI with his current skill level. I would like to see Azhar -> Khalid and Shoaib -> Umar swap
 
We need a better striking opening batsman to compete with top teams. Azhar Ali is just pathetic. 3 of 11

if azhar stay then sharjeel wont be there for long.
the last thing aggressive batsmen want is to not get the strike often.
 
Sharjeel should play his natural game rather than rotate the strike.

Azhar Ali clearly struggling so far.

Well Babar did a get a century in the last game, here's hoping he can convert starts consistently.

Chris Gayle is not fit, has long-standing back issues (which magically clears up when playing in T20 leagues).

He doesn't play ODIs anyway along with a few other players as WICB policy is players will only be in contention for ODIs if they play domestic 50 over competition which Gayle and others don't preferring to play in T20 leagues.

Did you watch the video? I don't care if he supports his son-in-law, I care about how he does it. To accuse a player of corruption without any proof or to defame a new coach who has done an excellent job is nothing less than having morals of lowest entity.
 
Azhar Ali should just rotate the strike and play himself in.

Best he can do right now...
 
Don't see the purpose of Malik in this lineup, he's too similar to Sarfraz in batting style and he also lacks the dynamism to go over run a ball in the last 20 overs.

Grant isn't a bad coach tbf, if he has time to work with players he can help improve them. In LO our players are changed to regularly so it's hard for him to make any changes. Don't see this current squad having too many changes so hopefully he can improve one or two more in current squad.

Yes hopefully he does. Than he needs to sort his fitness out. Sure Arthur will sort our a proper fitness and diet regime for him.
 
Azhar out LBW in a similar way to how he got out LBW in the England Tests.
 
Azhar should be dropped because of his selfish attitude. He sacrifice team review. How selfish captain
