I agree. We should take the money providing the offer is still there next summer. What concerns me is FSG may not use that money to reinvest in the squad.
Saudi's want Salah coz he is an Arab and the best Muslim footballer if not athlete currently playing at his peak who has managed to elude their fantasy league. They want to make Salah the poster boy of Saudi Football even if it means paying him £2 million a week. Liverpool should use this Saudi obsession with Salah to milk as much money from them as possible. I would bite their hands off for the reported £200 million they will be offering next summer.
FSG won't re-invest all the money, just like the kronkes at Arsenal they will look to just balance books. Neither ownership has real ambition. If FSG did, when you had a better team then city a few years ago they would have invested to stay at the top.

Just like wenger acted as a shield to defend owners Jurgen is doing same. If Jurgen did speak out he would be sacked. Unfortunately unless your owners sell up, Liverpool as a club will just be run on a self sustaining model. which means unless you get all your signings spot on like a few years ago, otherwise you will struggle to compete.
Arsenal owners are still the same ones as before who are now spending money. Better to get sacked then be a "yes" man in my opinion. I feel our owners would listen if Jurgen threatened FSG with resigning instead of smiling all the time. It is not possible to get all the signings right despite Jurgen having a great record. We wanted Caicedo and/or Lavia but had to settle for the great Endo!
Only if FSG allow Jurgen to reinvest that money in the transfer market to at least replace Salah if not better it. That is my main concern.
