Sarfraz Ahmed leading Pakistan to a second successful final vs India?

Remember that match as it was yesterday. Anwar Ali destroyed them with his banana swings. And there was also this young Wasim look a like Jamshed Ahmed who bowled beautifully and Akhtar Ayub was really quick. Pity none of them made it to next level, though Anwar has represented Pakistan many times.

That was the best match of my live till now.

The passion showed by youngsters that day is unmatched.

The swing anwar ali got just wow. It's something you can't forget, I hope we get to see someone else stand up on sunday, maybe Hasan Ali will be the man. Here's hoping Sarfraz will lead the boys to victory one more time, It would be really special!

If we go by history, then you make a case for India as well.

Dhoni's first ICC tournament was the WT20 in 2007 in Ramzaan, and he beat Pakistan in the final. It was also Malik's first ICC tournament as captain. Kohli's first ICC tournament is the Champions Trophy in 2017 in Ramzaan, and he will face Pakistan in the final. It will also be Sarfraz's first iCC tournament.

However, Kohli has a history of ending up on the losing side in tournaments as captain. Same can be said about Sarfraz who has lost two PSL finals.

There's a lot of firsts in there, interesting. I wouldn't make too much of a PSL final, KP and some other main players didn't even turn up for Quetta. From a pakistani perspective, Sarfraz as captain has tasted success v India in a world cup final, as has Imad wasim. Here Sarfraz is again, in his first major ICC tournament as captain and facing India again. I really feel we can do it! I expect an aggressive sarfraz and a lively pakistan on the field this sunday.

Will be a repeat of 2007 WC T20 final.

I hope not! Misbah's scoop has haunted me forever since, a heartbreak I never want to relive. The stupid GEO camera's showing the ball going for six, just to see the ball drop into the hands of an Indian fielder. That's something I never want to experience again.

I swear I thought that was six as well. Painful times.

Wow hell of a scorecard.

6 down in 2.3 overs for india while pak took 26 overs for the same.

Hope we could repeat that.

I was rewatching the highlights package and saw that rohit sharma also played that game and only managed to score 4.

We're in for something special, I've got a really good feeling about tomorrow.

Well Done Sarfraz!!! Real Captain, will win everything for Pakistan in coming years. 2nd best Pakistani captain ever.

Well done Sarfraz. Proud of you.....always looked at him as the only captaincy solution but unfortunately Misbah and Waqar wasted his 2 years just to please their ego.
