I wouldn't declare with 300 on the board. I'd want at least 350.

What you have to remember is the guy getting the wickets are harbajan. SA don't have a very good spinner, harris isn't as good as harbajan. The fast bowlers aren't getting as much out the pitch. Maybe the SA fast bowlers will, but you can't know that for certain.
