So much hype for rahat and he is an indian style trundler..our standards have gone down a lot.

Rahat looks pretty decent'ish - nothing threatening.
 
Rahat seems to be a wait and see bowler. A type of bowler used to see if Batsman makes a mistake he will get wickets. I don't think he has the ability to take wickets on pure skill
 
Mixed sort of deliveries from Rahat, Most of the time he has been wide but few deliveries have looked threatening
 
My God just the first hour of the test match and from this thread you would think we have already lost it!
 
trash bowler....looks like a woos as well...can tell some are not made for this level just by their body language....he is similar to tanvir
 
Pakistan fans are amazing! Unbelievable! Judging the Test match and team selection after the first hour lol.

This is proper cricket, at least wait for events to unfold a little. Pakistan are doing fine.
 
Gotta remember that Rahat has just flown in. No match practice. Bit like what happened to Irfan on his debut in England.
 
This is why SA are number 1 in the world. We threw our best at them (Junaid) and despite difficulties, they still managed him. Other teams would have lost a wicket by now.
 
rahat looks pretty ordinary, junaid has been incredibly unlucky, i think hes made the pitch look better for bowling than it actually is

some people here don't even what test cricket is all about, they expect SA to go out on under 60
 
Pitch looks pretty good interms of pace and bounce, there is something in it for the bowlers and i think all 3 pakistan seamers just need to keep probing around off-stick and wickets will come.
 
very ordinary stuff by the 2 trundlers ...junaid was impressive. hope Ajamal is introduced quickly or you guys will be batted out of this test .
 
S.A will be happy to get through this 1st hour without losing a wicket.

Pitch is pretty good for bowling, umar and rahat are rubbish and junaid below pa today.
 
Junaid bowling really well here. 6 overs and just 4 runs - Awesome
 
Some of the kids in here needs to calm down. You have a debutant who has just bowled 3 overs and everyone is after him.
Just relax. SA haven't lost a wicket, but they havent got many runs either. Just stay patient.

People need to cool down, rahat doesnt look that bad

He is on debut, give him a little time to settle, He has the basics .look at the natural inswing he is getting and run-up also looks OK-ish. Just needs to get his rythm right and he can be useful

Rahat doesnt look trundler, he is bowling at decent pace 134-139kph on his debut which is decent

South Africa's session so far. Have navigated the tough-ish conditions well. Pakistani bowlers have wasted the new ball to an extent.
 
I think right now we are still even. SA haven't really got away. 1 wicket could change this entirely.
 
Looks like S.A realize the need for patience early on day 1 and things will get easier as the day goes on.
 
good comeback over by gul. people need to calm down with stateing the speeds. gul slowed down and bowled his best over of the day so obviously line and lenght should be the focus with the early moisture

India is a standard thats why we mention it..nothing insulting
 
Run rate is low, Pakistan is applying pressure. hopefully a couple of wickets will fall in succession.
