I don’t have any grudge against him. I find him to be massively overrated - he is not the all-rounder we think he is or can be.

Unfortunately, he is one of the blue eyes boys who can do no wrong in the eyes of PPers. Other notable member of this group is Haris.

Unfortunately, Imad and Imam are the two notable members of the other group who can do no right.

Objectively speaking, Shadab so far has done nothing in his career to prove himself to be a better player than Imad.

Both are show-offs who have done a lot of minnow bashing with the ball. Shadab has awful with the bat in ODIs considering his pitiful SR, but Imad has played a few good knocks especially in England in 2016. Shadab has not come close to replicating that.

Shadab has played some good hands in Tests, but Imad has not been given an opportunity in the format.

The only thing he has over Imad is his superior fielding. Nonetheless, if you were to go with the opinions of PPers, you would think that Shadab is Stokes and Imad is Anwar Ali.

ICC was supposed to check the standard of pitches, looks like they havent toured SA for sometime. In tests one can might digest such wickets but making an ODI wicket like this is really poor stuff.

Its only poor when both sides have had a chance to play.

I just feel Pakistan have been unable to deal with the low pace of the pitch. Which is poor for a side used to batting on these wickets.
