Just got my G from Orangeville. I couldn't parallel park for crap but the examiner didn't care. I even hit the curb. She is a hero.

Damn, congrats man.

I'm tryna cop mine next month. Should I go to Orangeville as well, or try my luck at Oakville?

Orangeville merging is 70 km/h I hear, but I don't mind the 100 kmh merging at Oakville is light work tbh.

Thank you.

I knew what Orangeville was going to be like because I had driven there a couple of times before. It's very hard to mess up there. Guelph isn't bad either but it's your personal choice.

I actually thought I was going to fail my test because it was raining very heavily that day.

Hmm alright.

Orangeville it is, then.

If you guys have to look for 'easy' licence centers, you probably shouldn't be on the road.

My driving is mad jokes but I haven't been pulled over yet. It's mostly just speeding if my lane is clear.

Go for it. Don't let the opinions of other strangers dictate you.

I've wanted one for a while, what type of maintenance do you need for piercings? As in regards to cleaning etc?

Ok... you are being overly pedantic lol.

Call it a trend/fad/craze then.

And you could appear to be pedantic to the people with a different style sense than yours. Earrings, Tatoos have been used way for centuries as social rank/status symbols, war paint etc. So it is not a craze nor a fad. Learn your history. Also don't judge others if you don't want to be judged.

Nothing, just keep it clean and lubricated with some anti septic cream till it's healed, which takes a couple of days ( tie in a thread during the time and avoid metals) and then you can use a sterling silver or fold earring stud etc to avoid infections. I did mine at home by numbing my ear with an ice cube for 3-4 minutes and then using a sterilized needle to make the hole. Although you can go to a specialized place where they use the gun which is even faster and almost painless.

Keep on judging me idc :))

I am just wondering why a guy would get an ear piercing.

He asked for people’s opinions and I gave mine.

You were the one who was judging others for wearing earrings by questioning their masculinity and wondering if they were girls. Don't let your insecurities cloud your judgement.

Yes yes, i’m insecure and a terrible person, narrow minded and backward for judging others for wearing earrings.

Good day to you sir.

Thanks bro. I would rather go to a specialized place to get my ear pierced.

Question for the doctors here, back in 2012 I was cutting some vegetables in my kitchen and I got distracted for a bit which led to the knife falling on my foot with the pointy end facing downwards (yet another reason why we should banish vegetarianism). I'll leave out the gory details but the knife didn't go throw my foot although it left a big gash and there was blood everywhere. The wound healed over the course of several weeks and didn't require any stitches.

Fast forward to today, 6 years later, I woke up this morning and completely out of the blue the scar left by the wound is giving me intense pain. I would have thought it would have healed by now? I have not felt any pain or discomfort on the wound ever since it healed. Any reason why it might be happening? Infection?

If you don't like this song we can't be friends.

Hope you’re ok.... :danish

Thanks, I'm good. This is just a stage which everyone goes through when they step outside of their comfort zones. For me, it is cutting because I'm not used to eating lesser food. Shirt off season means shirt off season.

Bodybuilding is not for everyone because you've to be willing to put in massive amount of hardwork and time into what you're doing. This is what ultimately separates the best from the rest.

Maintenance now and then I'll start bulking again in August.

Apne pyaara da dil ni torhi da
Aukhe velle sajna toun mukh ni morhi da
Shad maanan teriyan te meriyan
Tere utte rab diyan rehmta batheriyan
Apni auqaat naalo vadh ni lorhi da
Aukhe vellle sajna toun mukh ni morhi da
Fell in love with this gem of a song of gurdas maan. The GOAT.

Destined to do great things but have fallen hard. Have lost interest in each and everything.Don't know what's gonna happen.Taare gardish mein hain.

oh too late..already recommended the person to be hired. I overcompensated for my hatred for Pakistanis and ended up recommending the candidate so as to not appear to be biased.

Well, you've done the one good deed you need for your life now. The next avatar of you will be forever thankful to you for this.

Jokes aside, the uni is still rated highly in pakistan, i just don't like it for other personal reasons.

Its a very highly rated university in Pakistan but is definitely not amongst the best, however, that is no criteria to judge a candidate. You can have supremely talented folks from unknown universities and absolute duds from top ranked ones.

Agreed. I changed my question because I wondered if that person had an account on PP. Was ok, but I ended up giving a thumbs up to the hiring team.. always happens with me, when it comes to act upon my deep seated hatred for anything Pakistani, I end up doing the opposite. Once a person from another nationality was bad mouthing Pakistan to patronize me, and I started countering him and defending Pakistan

Haha... your trolling is next level.

Out of curiosity, don't you work in India. Why would you be hiring a person in Pakistan?

Goatly.

Wait so if you lived at the North or South Pole, would you only have to pray 5 times a year? Or like pray every day but only once?

If I was living on North or South pole I would be praying all the time for Allah to take me out of this azaab

I've been off all kinds of social media except here.

It's been a month or so. Initially I felt there was a sorta hole in my daily routine, but now it feels so normal and routine.

Strange life.

I experienced a dream sequence yesterday night in which I met Graham Thrope who was leading the English side to a 5 match test series in Karachi.............

What is the meaning of this ?? :danish

It is the latent trauma of the 2000 series against England, where we lost the Karachi test (and the series with it). Such traumas have a tendency to emerge from the depths of the subconscious mind when the unconscious mind is dwelling on a current event, in this case the match starting tomorrow, and the conscious mind makes the connection beteeen the subconscious and the unconscious during the REM phase of sleep.

In twenty years or so, an English fan will have the reverse experience: dreaming of meeting Babar Azam leading Pakistan in a six-match series at the Oval, and scoring triple tons with one arm in a sling.

Haven't read for leisure in a long, long time, so started reading The Way of The Superior Man today and it's been a very eye opening and interesting read.

Books like this you don't want to finish in one go but take your time and properly absorb the info.

I am not able to eat anything. Mom cooked my favourite biryani on eid and i was just staring it without any emotions.

No better feeling than coming back to Pakistan for the summer. Life here is blessed

The most rewarding feeling is knowing that you talked your friend out of doing something that could've ruined their lives. At least I'm not completely worthless.
