The majority of the miscreants involved in the vandalism of Jinnah House Lahore and and other military sculptures have been identified, ARY News reported on Saturday.
According to the details, the law enforcers have identified most of the miscreants, including Danish Munir, Saud, Adnan Ashraf, Farooq Zaman, Ali Hasan, and Chaudhry Masood.
Sources say that the process of identifying the troublemakers is ongoing, meanwhile, Mohammad Taimoor, Ali Iftikhar, Aamir Hamza, Waqas Parvez, Sajjad Saeed, Yousuf Gulzar, Muhammad Arslan, and Ali Raza have also been identified as troublemakers.
The miscreants burned down Jinnah House, engaged in vandalism are now facing legal action. They also besieged, looted and vandalized the corps commander house and participated in violent activities.
An FIR has been registered against these troublemakers under the Anti-Terrorism Act, which states that the violent PTI workers were armed with firearms, sticks, stones, and petrol bombs.
Sources said that more individuals who have caused damage to properties in other areas are being apprehended under the law.

Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has expressed his apologies for the “humiliation” faced by PTI’s women party workers in the past few days, saying their privacy and honour were not maintained.

This was all planned before by PDM to label PTI as a violent and a terrorist party. They clearly sent their goons to create chaos and knew some angry and uneducated PTI supporters will blindly join them in their objective. The PDM have only two goals:
- Get rid of Imran Khan
- Ban the PTI
I have a feeling Monday's PDM protest would be very peaceful. It's planned just to show which party is the aggressor.

City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi Syed Khalid Mahmood Hamdani said on Sunday that those involved in May 9 riots will be thoroughly investigated.
In a press conference, Rawalpindi CPO says police have so far arrested 264 people in 17 cases and that the total number of "criminals arrested in case number 708 RA Bazar (GHQ case) has increased to 76".
He added that arrests are being made through identification via videos, adding that the person seen spraying petrol in the video has also been arrested while the person who instigated the crowd to move towards the GHQ gate has also been arrested.
The CPO furthered that among the miscreants arrested yesterday are Ehsan, Abdullah, Idris, Waqas, Ayaz, Qamar-ul-Zaman, Umar, Ali Hussain, Farhadullah, Asmat, Abu Bakr, Qamar Zaman, Sajjad Munir, Nabil, Sadaqat, Noman, Aamir Shahid, Farhad, Shehryar, Lal Shah, Akmal, Adeel, Pirzada Shehbaz, Arshad, Manawar and Syed Qamar.
He said that during the riots, the highways continued to function as per usual and the security of important installations remained intact, adding that the Metrobus suffered a loss of Rs800 million.
Hamdani added that there was no lack of intelligence in Rawalpindi, due to which the situation in the city did not deteriorate much.
The CPO said that a special committee headed by SSP (Investigation) Rawalpindi Zunaira Azfar is investigating the cases related to sensitive institutions and also presented the photos of 26 miscreants who attacked the GHQ gate to the media.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan’s arrest by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on May 9 triggered violent protest across the country.
It was reported that around 250 to 300 protesters headed towards the GHQ from Saddar.
According to a case registered by the police, the protesters, who were armed with petrol bombs and batons and led by former provincial law minister Raja Basharat and Khalid Jadoon, also raised slogans against the Pakistan Army.
The protesters stormed GHQ Gate No. 1 at the instigation of their leaders after breaking its gate. They broke the windows and doors of the GHQ building and severely damaged the government property inside and outside the building and started fire by throwing petrol bombs.
The accused also set fire and pelted stones at the personnel on duty and spread fear and panic.

I understand protest.
I can’t accept damage to public property and altercations with the law enforcements. It’s not the way to go.
Everyone who believes they have been hard done by will follow this rule if it becomes a precedent

I didn't imply IK for making when I made that post but as per IK’s interview yesterday it seems he did try to make peace with COAS eventhough as an elected leader his party probably should have the right to remove.

The PTI has said that all the officers involved in attacks on PTI protesters, including the interior minister and caretaker chief ministers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, will be named in first information reports.

May 9 mayhem caused Rs6b loss: interim Punjab CM
Police chief says 2,135 people, after their identification, rounded up across province for violence
Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Sunday said horrible terrorist incidents took place on May 9 in various cities in the wake of PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s arrest, including Lahore, and a loss of over Rs6 billion had been estimated in the violence.
Speaking to the media, Naqvi maintained that all the attacks, including setting properties ablaze, looting. and ransacking, took place according to an organised plan and 23 buildings were torched in Punjab alone.
He added that public and private properties along with police vehicles were destroyed.
Around 108 vehicles of police and other institutions were set on fire.
Naqvi further said the Lahore corps commander’s residence, banks and ambulances were also set ablaze.
The caretaker chief minister maintained that solid evidence was available that a nefarious plan had been prepared to burn the aircraft at the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Base Mianwali but the miscreants failed to achieve it.
He continued that terrorism was carried out under the garb of politics.
“We will take these terrorism cases to their logical conclusion. No innocent person will be apprehended and no one responsible for this terrorism will go scot-free,” he pledged.
He added that he would not sit idle until each and every person responsible for the May 9 terrorism was behind bars.
Naqvi noted that reaching a compromise on these terrorism cases would be tantamount to being unfair to the entire country.
“Whosoever will sit on this chair [CM’s slot] in my place, punishing those responsible for this terrorism will also be a part of their duties,” he maintained.
Naqvi pointed out that a political party had held a protest at Liberty Market and the its activists resorted to terrorism in the Cantonment area.
Elaborating further, the caretaker chief minister noted that around 400 miscreants invaded the Lahore corps commander's residence (Jinnah House) and set it ablaze.
