Don't you think that they are like role model to us or any other young player. Look this is what Sanjay Manjrekar tweeted.
Congrats anyway, nice to see the aussies go upto him at the end, even though he appeared to still want to carry on te fight.
Lol at him yelling out sister14 when celebrating his ton.
That's how it is - you fight hard on the field but you congratulate them and say well played at the end. It would be churlish to do otherwise.
Thats a pathetic philosophy of the aussies as far as i know.Fighting hard does not mean sledging and verbal duels at all as the aussies have been doing for a long time.why cant just ppl shut up and fight hard through your bowling and batting skills (which of course ur doing great in this series). Its like pinching a baby hard, making it cry (not all people can take ur sledges u must understand, there are lot of ppl like kohli who prefer crying back too)and then trying to console it.
what about wriddhiman saha? poor guy gets bashed for no reason(By indians no less). he showed MUCH better technique than top order ipl bullies(lax is not even that lol).
i dont mind the aggression if it gets him runs. makes it a little more interesting to watch.
Not to support him for this series, his time may have gone and he needs to retire, but if u take the entire history of opposition team players batting in australia,VVS laxman would surely be in the top 3.This guy has single handedly dominated australia home and away from 1999-2010.Without his innings, all ind-aus series would have been proceeded in the same way as it is now.He deserves a lot more respect, and i wish he never plays for the country again seeing the amount of hatred is getting just for the last 2 series.

Theres a major difference between natural and fake aggresion.Fake aggresion is what this sreesanth is doing -"come what may i behave like a monkey".Its the same philosophy of aussies -"come what may we sledge whatever we like to everyone, lets be friends anyways end of day"
HUMBLE PIE EATING ALERT for me....
I bagged and dissed this kid like crazy because I wanted to see my boi Rohit Sharma in the side, and I wish I could now take it back but I cant. This kid is easliy the best young middle order batting talent going around........... Whatever happened to that Kholi vs Umar Akmal thread ???? cause I want to correct myself and say: KHOLI >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> then some more>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Umar Akmal...
I agree with u that Rohit should've played.I think he'll do better than Kohli imo
Oh Rohit will be good, I think he will have a great career, he reminds of a version of INZI that wont under achieve (hopefully)...
Physically Rohit's on his way to be INZI![]()
Rohit is still better RR. He would have done the same, we need to unleash them all together. Youngsters will not take much time to adapt.
No Doubt, Rohit is very special I always had a good feeling about him the first time I saw him bat... The future looks bright, only concern for me is this stupid IPL it will break these amazing talents that are coming our way...

I agree with that statement after this Aus series. Kohli is indeed more competent batsman. This guy and Yadav to some extent are the only positives for India from the series
I would say the Fawad Alam of India. Able to get runs, easy runs without many risks.

A much better batsmen thany any current pakistani cricket player hands down

Virat Kohli gets the job done in ODIs and so far he is a better player than Akmal! On the other hand, Akmal has that something special in him! An X Factor! He has the ability to destroy bowling attacks! But he has to to justice to his talent and stop playing stupid shots to prove himself!
The last time I checked, Akmal was the MOS and has played really well in ODI's so please stop with your silly comments about him playing stupid shots and start watching Pakistan cricket.
Was that a complement? Fawad is good and should be given another chance but Kohli's in a different league.
Averages 32 odd in test cricket![]()
Based on what? You can't really say that about him since he has a lot to prove in tests. ODI's maybe he is one the best at the moment but tests he has a long way to go. I would easily put Azhar Ali way ahead of Kohli in tests. ODI's, Akmal and Virat are neck and neck depending on who's opinion it is.
ODI average=Virat -47,Akmal-39,neck n neck?)
)
as for tests, hes just started n has got a ton in Aus.Let Azhar Ali play in Aus first then we'll talk.he sucked in England

How many matches has he played outside of India and what are his averages there?
so he has played only a hand full of test matches..did any of the pakistan youngsta beauty make a century when they toured Australia the last time???
lost like 9-0
some people have very a short memory
In fact Kohli now has scored runs in South africa,England and in Australia. Now he can play some tests in India and reap the rewards in form of gallore of runs in home conditions.India should play him at 3 from now on.so how does it prove kohli is a bad player???even when we got white washed he scored a 100 in both England and Aus..

Azhar Ali at the moment is looking good.good technique but he has to prove himself in Souta africa and Australia.I don't like talking about future but thinks Kohli will surely have a better test career than Azhar Ali.Ali is the better test cricketer
Kohli is the best ODI cricketer
Akmal never played in his home country. That is a sad state of affair. Imagine any of your younger cricketers being put in akmals position. Virat gets to pace his innings how he wants. Akmal is being used as a slogger in the last 10 overs.
Azhar surely is a fine defensive batsman.but it's his shot making ability that makes Virat a different proposition all together. His 70 odd in Perth was a treat to watch.especially the way he took on the short stuff from Aussie pacers head on.^ he did an excellent job in England on debut. Kohli may have a better career given home advantages but make no mistake the better test batsmen is Ali - by some distance. He is viciously consistent
UAE has similar conditions as Pak,so how it matters.Kohli has better away record than Akmal's career record anyway.as for position,Akmal is used lower because hes shown that he doesnt hv the temperament to play long innings.anyway his S/R is only marginally better too.

Kholi THE BEST young talent I have seen since Salman Butt when he started it off...
Are you looking to troll? Salman was never that great. Rather angry with Indians giving mediocre players a long run
scored his century against them
made merry with your bowlers
loved every second of his opening position when you guys had your new ball bowlers ready to go.

Younis Khan
Misbah?
your talking like a Kerala
both guys dont know how to chase , but virat is master in that art
Everyone say Rohit is talented , but from whatever i had seen Rohit bottle quite regularly unlike kohli![]()
