Like i said guys don't judge Craig on his First Class career he bowls for Otago which is probably the worst pitch for spinners in NZ.

Gayle looks like the biggest joke of the century here. He finally faces real cricket after a while and ends up looking like a novice.

Test Cricket at times is about survival. NZ pacers are high class if he goes on to make a 100 his early struggles will be forgotten

lol this Craig guy is proving to be pretty impressive. Guess we are gonna make him look like the next Murali later this year

Can anyone give me even 1 reason why the Windies deserve to play tests and we dont?? They dont look remotely interested in test cricket

NZ are my favourite of the test teams so I'm happy to see them doing well

Gayle is bound to get out soon with the way he's going. He's looking to hit almost every ball. He need's to calm down a bit and know this is Test cricket not twenty20.

Gayle's doing the right thing. Field is up, you've got to attack. Put the pressure on the bowlers and get into their heads.

Gotta say I find it fascinating how quickly Chaunderpaul can move his feet by having a awkward square arm stance like that.

Chanderpaul is a delight to watch. What a legend. Hope he does well.

Gayle, meanwhile, is going for another 300.

The innings was boring when Powell and Gayle were batting but now its slowly getting fun to watch.

I think Fawad Alam has a chance to be a future Chaunderpaul. His stance is like Chaunderpauls and he plays his shots down most of the time.

Im going to ask this question again.

What have the Windies done to merit test cricket that we havent??

104/5. And yet again Shiv must repair. They really dont care the Windies. Hammered vs India. Hammered vs NZ and now being hammered again by the looks of it. Bangladesh could be eyeing a test series win in a couple of months IMO

To be fair to the Windies its not easy batting conditions out there. Southee is near unplayable and Craig has surprised everybody.

NZ may win their 2nd test series in WI. Good bowling by Southee and Co

West Indies need 202 more runs to avoid the follow-on with 5 wickets in hand.

Doesn't look good though!

Not able to fulfill his potential by coming out to bat at most horrible situations 9 times out of ten. 5 Wickets down , trailing by 400 runs . Even best of the best batsmen would crumble under such pressure.

Good old Chanderpaul. He never wins any games for his side but who needs match winning innings when you can protect your average and get a nice NOT OUT on the scorecard.

WI allout trailing by 246 runs

nzl gona bat

shiv was closing on a 100 but ran out of partners

Southee has bowled superbly all day. He's finished with figures of 4 for 19 in 16.2 overs. Simply outstanding

Yes I am sure it is very easy to get an 84* striking at 60, what exctly is he supposed to do if no one wants to hang around with him.

Yes Chanderpaul should learn the art of playing match winning innings from Afridi.

What else is he supposed to do instead of fighting a lone battle from one end while wickets keep tumbling from the other ? He scored 84 runs and remained not out with no support whatsoever from others, he has already done more than what one single man is capable of.

Chanders needs to move to 4 as the rest of his team mates are totally inept at holding their end up and invariably he is stuck with tail.
