That was a different Bangladesh with Nasir Hossain in form and Sohag Gazi was doing just fine. Had those two lived upto their promise I would have backed Bangladesh to do better than Srilanka. As of now, we need do as much as possible with the current crop. Beating Afghanistan will be a real confidence booster.

True. Also when one works, the other doesn't. Indian bowlers know that, if bowling first, regardless of how much the opposition scores, they have batsmen who can chase it down. Not saying there is no pressure on them, but its a little bit easier.

Fawad Alam was exposed, no need to take it personally.

I know the chances of McCullum coming off against Aus or SA are bleak and I don't pretend otherwise.

Fawad is good against teams with poor bowlers and defensive captains, but against teams with good pacers and a good captain, he's of no use at all. You can dry up singles by keeping it tight and bring about a poor shot from him.
