Not surely. They may be better batsman for sure but they wouldn't have taken England bowlers apart on this green track.
The criticism was that England bowlers didn't make India play well. Its NOT that they bowled everything short and wide and made the scoring easy. We still were 145-7 and if not for Rahane, Bhuvi would have been bowled out for 160. England has made lots of mistake, is in disarray, etc. Doesn't mean India doesn't deserve to win.
Its like saying England didn't deserve to win in India in 2012.
SIF my point was that neither team played particularly good cricket. So it doesn't really matter who wins this match. Although the loss would be harder for England to take.
