I don't get it. When Musharraf's govt was overthrown, people were relieved because according to them, when we have a dictatorship, we can't change anything. But with democracy, people can voice their opinions and they'll be heard because democratic parties depend on votes. How come nothing has changed in this 'democratic' Zardari farce of a government. How can we make any change in more important areas? We cant even make a change in cricket!!
 
Just heard that it took us 19 overs to get to 23, what england have done in three

This is interesting hack eye decision, i dont think Asif gets that much bounce, he does not bang the ball, neither he is that tall?
 
I like Haider already. Kamran Akmal has the most annoying voice in cricket.

Bowlers seemed to have found a bit of rythm, nice. Now to find a bit of sodding luck too!!

While on replays it looked like it was just going over the top, I do agree with you - it was not as high as shown by hawk eye. Even in the last match I saw something off about it - plus another factor is that this pitch is unpredictable with the bounce and I do not know if and how hawk-eye takes that into consideration.

I'll reserve my verdict until I see Haider's smile. Kamran scores the most points in that department.
 
England batsmen making it look easy. Just shows how inept our batsmen are. All need to be put down for good. Cant see Butt staying as captain for too long If this mess continues. This is a new low for pakistan cricket

what do you mean by slow, it is the first day and the other team is just about to overtake our first innings score - seems pretty fast to me
 
The bowlers should have come with a fresh, attacking mind, with a new keeper and their own excellent standing as bowlers. Instead, the negativity seems to have been rubbed onto them from our batsmen.

I think Pakistan is playing the way they are because they want to end Swan's career.
 
Kudos to Asif and Aamer, still putting in some effort when many bowlers would have lost heart.
 
I wonder what BUTT man will say tonight at the press conference. He has no excuses this time. He won the toss. he cant blame the pitch. I hope he doesnt make the same old excuse of 'INEXPERIENCE'.
 
Shoaib Malik dives and as a result is now suffering from tennis elbow.
