Things looking dire for Pakistan but this young side has shown a spark which does give some hope.

Can Pakistan stop the rot on Day 3?

Pakistan 174 v England 302/7 (96 ov)
Stumps - England lead by 128 runs with 3 wickets remaining in the 1st innings

It’s going to be a tough day, looks like cloud cover all day bar the first hour. The sky’s definately not in our favour.

Given the conditions and how England have played so far I’d be happy if we made a game of it, win seems to distant.

Can bat till 7pm so the plan should be to bat long and cash in on runs in the final session. Hopefully our batsman turn it around, Azhar needs to take LBW out the equation by batting further forward and Imam needs to get through Broads opening spell. Runs will come, get through the first 20 overs unscathed for us to have any chance.

I suppose some of our batsmen will try to bat further down the pitch as well. Probably to Anderson and maybe stokes

Get them out asap and that the real TEST starts, have to bat very very LONG. Can only hope the so called seniors azhar and asad stand up!

What time is the start? Are we starting earlier due to missing time yesterday?

All I want from them is to fight. Don't capitulate, don't be scared.

Somehow get the English last few wickets in the first half hour and then try to bat long.

Basically don't give up.

I'd be surprised if they had gone into this game with that much prep. England did it, but they had already planned for it well in advance after the loss in the first test.

Wide of the crease bowling, resulting in more leg byes. Amir making sure to never learn

I think management is to blame apart from captain why risk a bowler if he is not fit

Amir is in a lot of pain. After this series we don't have a significant series for a while. So he won't miss any games anyway.

Gotta bowl close to stumps, and pitch it up, to have the lbw in play. Bowling leg side will get lbw out of equation.

Bowling wide of the crease, bowling straight will be just leg byes.
Bowling close to stumps, bowling straight will result in more chances of ball landing on the stumps line.

Abbas bowling too short. Had he bowled full, he would have clipped the stumps.

I think it will be wise to have him preserved before it aggregates this injuries

Abbas bowling pace is with what afridi used to bowl his fast delivery

Coz if it aggregates which I hope not take loads of time to recover

You can see pain on his face why is stupid captain and coach not calling him off .

Holding wants him to bowl full. Amir still making sure he wouldnt learn. How hard is it for an international bowler to try bowl close to stumps and bowl full for 2-3 consecutive overs?
