I think, it's almost a forced decision. PAK didn't pick a specialist spinner while in a shortened game you don't need the batting depth with Imad or Nawaz, while I am not sure if Imad/Nawaz 'll have any impact on Indian batting on a good wicket. Had Asghar been there, I am sure he would have played today - Anwar Ali is an absolute waste of space for a WC in IND.
