So we are back to the biggest T20 spectacle of this year and now it is in Dubai.

Dubai grounds are big so expecting a low scoring match.
CSK has some injury concerns in Faf du plessis, Sam curran is set to miss this one as he just arrived.
MI have no such issues.
Will MI be able to take advantage of Faf's an Sam's likely absence?

Gaikwad is proper batsman and a top prospect. Just 24 year old.

You will see 50 ball 75 from Gaikwad quite often without any slog.

He will easily slot into Team India post 2023 World cup when many slots will open up.

Another aspect I like about him is the rane of shot. He can play over extra cover, can square cut, hit straight as well as pull and lap sweep. Also uses his feet against spinners.

All above shots were in today's inning of 88 of around 54 balls facing Bumrah, Milne and Boult.

Pandya Sr is a bit of everything. Can hit but not to Pollard-hardik level, can bat sensibly but not to rohit-sky level.

Ishan has some things still to work out in his game to become a complete ball shredder.

Pollard´s wicket was the turning point. He has a good record against Chennai, and his dismissal sealed the match right there and then. Good going by the team, although I´m not too sure that the UAE pitches suite the old legs of their batsmen. Still a long way to go, even though a place in the play-offs is pretty much confirmed. Their long, incredibly long, batting came to the rescue yesterday, of course.
