Have to say, this is probably the best political video ever to come out of Pakistan. Simple, short, no messages, no clip of a speech, no attack on the opponent, no fancy camera work, no song in the background, just a random moment of pure political magic caught on camera showing the passion (Junoon) of the supporters, the brilliant display of lights in the background, the ground shaking roars of the crowd, the swelling up of it all amidst IK's cool and contemplative posture, the serene yet joyous expression on his face and the pent up energy expressed through his feet moving restlessly as the camera scans the whole scene and it all comes to a crescendo, the screen fades away and word tabdeeli and date of the election comes on. Absolutely brilliant !

Truly amazing! Imran's calmness. You can kinda feel him admiring his work, how he has come leaps and bounds to this position, where the crowd is chanting in his favor.

Reminds me of his cricketing days. If you noticed, whenever he got a wicket, all the other players would be shouting and running. But Imran would just stand there, calm and unaffected. Just like a general, admiring the victory while his troops celebrated.

PTI leads with 38%, MQM trails at 30% while JI gained to 15% (after their seat adjustment with PML-N)

So with only five days left the results clearly show that the competition is between PTI & MQM, while JI a distant third, is evidently dividing the anti-MQM vote bank to only help ensure MQM to sneak a win

I see. MY CNIC has expired. But since you said it's just a formality, I'm guessing i can use the old CNIC number and donate, and it should work.

The excitement surrounding elections has reached fever pitch! When Waqar and Hina Malik asked for the bill at a popular desi food restaurant at Port Grand on Sunday evening, they were pleasantly surprised to have 10% knocked off the bill — all thanks to the MK Nation Imran Khan kurta Waqar was wearing.

“Twelve of us had gone to Ghaffar after the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) car rally for NA-250,” says Hina, a 25-year-old housewife. “The manager saw my husband’s kurta and was eager to know where we got it from. He kept asking about it so my husband gave him his number and said we would let him know where we got it from. When the bill came, we saw that we had been given a discount!”

When asked, Hina says the manager informed them the 10% discount had been given especially because her husband had been wearing the Imran Khan kurta.

“Even at the rally, everyone loved our kurtas,” she said, adding that she had also painted her nails according to the PTI flag colours. “I am voting for PTI because I want change! I am sick of tried and tested parties and I don’t care about the negative aspects about the PTI, I only care about the positives.”

MK Nation’s IK kurtas, priced at Rs4,000 each, were first seen on the runway at PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week in Lahore end of April. Maheen Kardar of MK Nation, says, “The response has been tremendously overwhelming. Our productions have worked nonstop since fashion week ended and as we speak we are at 5,000 kurtas plus!”

NOTE: Everyone's Love for IK is highly appreciated, but it is a must for all of us not to sit at home on 11 may, Go to the polling station and Vote for Change.....Vote for BAT/BALLA.

^ I think analysts like Ifthikhar and Sohial Warraich are still going by the traditional politics in Pakistan. PTI is trying to change that. I dont think they are taking this factor into account. Do they think these jalsas in Punjab are mere flukes?
