Bad move that by Wahab he exposed Shafiq and hes gone!

Do you know - PAK plays the 2 worst options at 3. No. 3 is THE most versatile spot - you have to play according to 2/1, 102/1 & 202/1 situation. Azhar has single gear while Malik had no gear. It's a must that Azhar should open & Asad promoted to No. 3.

Significant seam movement from a foot outside off to hitting the top of middle stump - don't think any batsman in world cricket would have survived this ball.
 
Paradoxically, good to see that delivery by Broad to Shafiq. It means that England are not going to have it easy on that pitch..

Yep. Number 3 is ideal for Shafiq. Especially for England tour,I'd like to see him bat there.
 
Crucial Wickets for us: Cook, Root and Taylor. Those 3 and the world #2 is all ours.
 
Typical comical end to the inns, right lets see if we can defend 283 here, over to the spinners to do most of the damage!
 
That was so stupid/pathetic. Lead is good enough, but honestly, why is our team cricket IQ a complete zero (outside like Misbah-Azhar). Why risk the run out? You are #10 and #11? So frustrating....
 
283 is not a bad target.

At one point we looked like we couldn't reach 250 if our tail didn't wag.
Or we had to rely on Asad Shafiq the batsman
 
Damn it, man. Wahab was looking good. Would ideally have liked a lead of 300+
 
If england manage to chase this down they deserve a drawn series!
 
284 is a gettable target..but it will give us a chance too because they will have to go for it...
 
These 20 overs are crucial. England might get double-minded whether to attack or defend. Can pick up a couple of wickets here. Preferably, root and cook.
 
PAK 'll win this Test, but keya namua yaar - 2 run out in 3rd innings & 8 batsmen between 27 to 46. Hope at least fielders don't drop half a dozen now.
 
Test match is finely poised, could go either way. Pakistan have recovered well from the poor 1st inns batting performance and have a good chunk of runs to defend. Spinners will be licking their lips at some of the turn they should get from this pitch.

Its all set up nicely for a great climax to this series.

To be honest if we scored 350 they still would have had to go for it so would have like a few more but if they can chase 283 they deserve a drawn series.
 
Game is 55/45 in Paks favour. But if likes of cook and root get stuck in they can chase it. There's more than enough overs left.

It's not nicely poised at all, England are well and truly on the backfoot.

They can only hope for a thunderstorm to save them now.
 
Wahab's runs have made sure that it would be just about enough for us to defend. We are not in a chance of getting beaten with the ball turning miles on the pitch.
England made 312 last time around in the 1 and a half day they had to bat.

Can't see England chasing this down.
 
so in 112 overs , england need 284.

Draw is out of question I would say.

England should be confident as they scored 312 in the 4th innings in the last test match.

England have a 10% chance at most. They might get 40-50 runs today then to get the remaining tomorrow on a slow pitch an outfield will take some doing as the tun rate has not been above 3 in this match. The more they attack the better chance pakistan will have of taking wickets.

The only problem is Bhai is rubbish and Bell is also a shadow of the batsman he was. Cook has to do more than tuk tuk here. He has to look for runs
 
people who think Pakistan have won this already are deluded. This pitch isn't very bad for batting and they have cook,root and taylor. And they bat upto number 10!
 
Missed last hour. Had tuitions. IA 2 or 3 wickets today. Cook, root and taylor the danger men

Cook can't afford his natural game if he needs to win this game and he will surely get out trying to play out of his comfort zone.

Pakistan are favourites but England bat deep and we all thought they'd roll over in the 4th innings in Dubai, but put up a big fight. Its not a done deal yet.

Cook can tuk tuk while root and Taylor can pick the pace up. Bhai can hack a few. As can bairstow and rashid bhai.

Nah, Cook just needs to be Cook and tuk tuk as long as possible. The other players in the team love playing their shots and they can just bat around Cook, he doesn't need to change anything about his own game.
 
It's 284 in 110 overs or so - that's around 2.6/over - tough. If I were ENG, I would have planned to chase in 90 overs. I think, on this wicket, it's more difficult to survive 111 overs than scoring 284.

This game 'll end in result - may be 90-10 PAK.
 
The highest run chase by a non-Asian team in Asia is 276 so it'll be one for the record books if it happens.

Doesn't matter bro, scoreboard pressure and history says that Pak should have this in the bag.

However minor miracles do happen and I will be the fist one to congratulate England if they somehow chase it.
