King Misbah wins toss and batting first and Yasir in for Rahat....Should have dropped Masood. I guarantee you guys, he will fail again.

Shouldn't have been playing Test cricket in first place, but what can you do now after his SL ton. Blame the selectors, 'some fishy stuff', or his ton..
 
Shehzad has no one but himself to blame. He was everywhere in 13-14 and was scoring runs consistently as well.

But when you work on selfies and forget about cricket, plus have a horrendous attitude; this is bound to happen.
 
Now we only need to bat sensible as Dubai wicket is always difficult on the 1st morning so wont be easy this.
 
Good to see Yasir is back. Knowing our batsmen weak against spin it will be disaster in a spinning track. Rahat still better bowler than Imran Khan. Shan Masood is a nothing batsman I preferred Shehzad over him.
 
Shan Masood is such a dilemma. You want him to score coz u want Pakistan winning the match but subconciously, you know it is going to haunt the team for another few matches. How on earth are such domestic performers given a go. :47:
 
As for Masood, this should be his last game.

The guy is way too limited a player to ever be successful.
 
If we get through 1st session without losing more than 2 wickets than we should get a decent score on this track.
 
Shan Masood might be a limited talent batsman... but he played a match winning knock in the last test of previos series

The fair chance policy comprises of 3 Tests and 5 ODIs, I too don't want him anywhere near the playing 11 because of his horrible technique and form but it would be unfair to not give him another chance when his match winning partnership with YK just came in the Test before the last and you can't drop a player for his failures in one test. I would say if he doesn't live up to expectations and gets out in single digits in this Test match, drop him by all accounts and not just dropping him from the remainder of series but banishing him from the upcoming Test squads until he warrants a selection in the national squad based on his domestic performances.
 
So Yasir in the main eleven is the surprise for England:13: Our thick tank can't think properly. Why they make over hyped over Bilal and don't play him? Our selectors are not fit for the job.
 
Its a very tricky toss and batting first.. i remember Pakistan folding for 99, 99 and 165.. so lets hope for at least 300

True. You cant drop him when he has 4th innings 100 a match ago.

He needs to do something really good to make the team for the third test. Azhar will be coming back.

Yeah u r right. But our top 3 can turn it into a good toss for england to lose if there is a hint of help for the first hour.
Let's hope they can see it off

True. I expect them to. Dubai generally offers movement in the first hour.

But still the advantage of bowling on the fifth day is still too big for it to turn out to be a good toss to lose
 
completely missed it by hafeez.. he didnt know the ball was coming in... he still thought ball was going away
 
Hafeez you moaner! Made two gentlemen lift their chairs and move away, why does he always take so much time to take guard and prepare for delivery? :facepalm:
 
Masood: This is your last chance to prove yourself, 40-50 won't cut it, to make the lineup for the last test, you've to score a 100 to beat the competition.
 
No swing or seam movement, absolutely nothing in the pitch, its a flat road, these two will be really disappointed if they didn't score tons.

Swing is in the air. England struggle to swing the kookaburra. Give them a Dukes here and they'll swing it.
