Its 90s mindset and and our coach is from same era. Our players don't have ability to be a good innovative coach because they always play safety first attitude.According to them winning 5-6 matches out of 10 is very good. But most of those winning matches come against minnow teams

The defensive mentality can probably be judged by the fact that they have Irfan Niazi listed to come in at #7, I think they want to utilise him as a lower order slogger type, and Mohammad Haris has been pushed down the order too. Both play at good strike-rates. But Irfan Niazi just scored big runs for the Central Punjab 2nd XI and is clearly not a slogger type, he is a better batsman than that, probably Haris too. Irfan was only promoted up the order last game because they wanted to get over with the chase quickly since there were chances of rain.

Fhad is performing but this Shehzad reminds me of our Shehzad from senior team or may be even worse. Unfortunately he is in parchi/regional quata and it will be hard to drop him otherwise there will be lots of criticism to cope for Ijaz Ahmed
