Broad run out. Flintoff in. Bit pointless to keep batting in my opinion.

England are strong favorites now especially with Swann bowling on the last day.

England are by nature a cautious side.

Nasser Hussain would have been adventurous - not so sure about Strauss.

He could have a few more attacking fielders close in I believe.

5-0

Windies 32-0 at Tea

Need to 471 to win in 4 sessions [120 overs]

50 up for Windistan!

56-0

Gayle & Smith looking comfortable!

Although I expect it to crash to pieces if Gayle is out!

I speaketh too soon.

Smith is adjudged LBW off HArmison for 21

I thought it was HIGH

Hawkeye says its clipping the top of middle.

Fair decision I suppose

59-1

BIG WICKET!

Gayle is LBW to Swann.

He's not happy - but its hitting off stick.

He goes for 46

WI 81-2

Game is OVER!

this match is a draw believe me

What are the chances of rain? The only way WI can draw is if rain wipes out at least an entire session. Swann won't be easy to deal with on this pitch.

Heard on the radio earlier, that there is chance of rain tomorrow, problem is windies might not last beyond lunch at this rate.

W.I finished 143/3

A draw is possible if we get some rain tomorrow and sarwan/chanderpaul some how dig in!

Big day for the Windies coming up soon, not sure what the weather's gonna be like?

Gotta say Sarwan has batted like a dream in this test apart from that harebrained shot to get out in the 1st dig.

Apparently it's been raining heavily for 15 minutes, start will definitely be delayed.

One thing about these small islands though, it does tend to blow over quite quickly.

9.30am well, it's been raining at the Rec for about 15 minutes and it's quite heavy as well. A few pools of water already visible ... so the start will be delayed.

9.45am The rain has stopped and the mop-up starts. A fair bit of water on the tarpaulins covering the pitch but otherwise it doesn't look too bad.

9.55am No chance of a start within the next hour, but the time can be made up at the end of the day. The mopping-up rumbles on, and the clouds keep looming.

West Indies require another 360 runs with 7 wickets remaining

10.20am The sun is out as are the England team, limbering up on the outfield. A few of them sitting down as if to prove the point it's not too wet.

Our man on the ground reports that a local journalist says that US$3.5m was withheld from the West Indies board by Stanford after the Digicel wrangling and he'd already said he wasn't going to pay it …

Meanwhile, England have called up Kent fast bowler Amjad Khan and Essex allrounder Ravi Bopara as cover for the injured Andrew Flintoff

dont know if there is more rain predicted for the day.... would give WI a big chance to earn draw !!

Strauss decision of declaring after 500 would surely be criticised if that happens

if Sarwan and Chanderpaul remain there till tea, then WI are in with a big chance

Even if anyone of them is able to bat whole day out, still WI have chance... But all the onus depends honestly on both of them

cricinfo is not updating the score for almost 5 to 8 minutes

What is the latest score?

Sarwan 66(136) - Chanderpaul 38(88)
WI 187-3 after 61 overs - trail by 316 runs
71 overs remaining

These two are looking solid, a big partnership here and they might just pull it off. Its already a big partnership in deliveries faced.

Glad to see Sarwan doing well.

Easily my favorite West Indian batsman along with high-speed velocity wind opener they have. He just seems so free in the way he plays. Real natural talent who has done well in all forms of the game and is maturing with age.

WI are 196-3 at lunch. Perfect day for them so far, Swann is bowling well though so i'd expect once this partnership is broken he'l run through the rest.

Why is Chanderpaul batting at no 5 or 6?
he should be batting at no 3 or 4

Sarwan's fine at 3.

With the Windies relying very much on 3 players I guess they want to keep them apart otherwise beyond no.4 there's wouldn't be much hope for them!

230-3

This could be a brilliant finish later on - as long as Windies dont lose any wkts this session.

Could be one of their finest moments if they can draw this.

How many more tests left after this?

2 more tests
4th test - Thursday, 26 February at Barbados
5th test - Friday, 06 March at Trinidad

BTW: 1st test South Africa v Australia, Johannesburg starts same day as 4th test

New ball taken

235-3

The next 10 overs could decide the fate of this test match.

A fantastic century for Sarwan!

101*

His 13th test ton / 3rd v England

There's a sense of steeliness about this WI side; partly because of the immense maturity showed by the seniors (Gayle, Sarwan, Chanders).

Chanderpaul not that great with the new ball, frankly i would have used Braod and Flintoff with the new ball.

Hundred for sarwan! 2 in last 2 tests.

Should have got one in 1st inns.

I had doubts about him but hes done well in series so far!

Sarwan century!! His 13th.

His 4th test tons in the 4th inns (Last inns of a game) hes equally with gavaskar and Pointing on that aspect!

So what a session for the WI!! Great temprament from both these batsman and showing the England bowlers.

Huge wicket! Sarwan bowled by Chris Broad. Might have stayed a little low.

Braod strikes !!! Told you i would have used Braod with the new ball!!!!!!!!!!!

Match in England's favour now but only just!!!

I'd say its 70-30 in England's favor.

Broad just floored Nash with a short ball. Didn't hit him but he went down anyway :akhtar

W.I team is now full of grafters like Chanderpaul, Hinds and Nash.

No more calypso cowlashers in the middle order, i guess they have realised that to compete they have to work hard and put a high price on each wicket.

I hope W.I continue to be competative!

Harmison drops Chanderpaul in the deep... then again it might have been out of his reach. Broad's doing some damage with the short ball though.

Chanderpaul goes caught behind off Broad. WI 5 down with around 40 overs to go, can't see them coming back from this.

And Broad's on fire - get some water & put him out!

He gets CHanderpaul caught behind

261-5

England are on the verge!

Ramdin on a 'King-Pair'

And he JUSTS survives another Golden quack!!

2nd ball - Ramdin is bowled - but he's not ready!

Dead ball signalled.

Whats going to happen 3rd ball?

I think he should have been given OUT!

England are gonna win it but i really want to see WI calw there way back into this!

W.I 280/5

Nash and Ramdin pretty much need to bat another 2 hours here to save game!

Windies surrendering tamely...

Nash is given LBW off Swann

291-6

Eng 4 wkts from leveling the series

Fiery Freddie Flintoff generating a fair bit of pace.

Has hit 91 MPH today

Unlucky not to get an LBW - been some bad decisions this series
