The Windies batting is so reliant on Sarwan, Gayle and Chanders isnt it. So many other players have been tried and they have shown themselves to be woefully inadequate at this level.

34 overs for Jerome Taylor and co. to survive which I cant see happening, although it would be hilarious if they managed a draw.

W.I 306/6

Would have been intresting if target had of been 370/400 here!

Seems as though WICB have cost the Windies this game - they went into the '2nd' test with their tails high, and Eng were deflated after the 51 all out.

Incompetency caused the game to be shifted - and its worked out perfectly for them

The end is nigh

Anderson gets Taylor - fine catch by Broad

313-7

How is the umpiring so far?

I have noticed that too many WI batsmen have been given out LBW and no english batsmen were given lbw

Been poor all series - as has the TV umpiring (1st test)

Been poor against both sides. Harper has been shocking

142 deliveries remain.

Ramdin looks a decent bat, but not much batting out there with him.

From Cricinfo:

"Light starts to fade at around 5.30pm local," says Andrew McGlashan. "On the first day we played until about 5.45pm. So it's time, not overs for England (and West Indies)." (current time is 4.35pm)

So I'd say about another hour. Maybe 15 overs or so...

Ramdin comprehensively bowled by Anderson for 21

322-8

Not long left

Lots of close in fielders, they're going for the kill.

Its been a good fight from WI though.

more than 20 overs to go here.

Could bad light be a factor here if the Windies tailenders hang around?

Please Badal come in Please Badal aajo!! Light go DIM Light go DIM!

Come on Benn and Powell just Stick in there for a few overs!!

Yes i don't think England can bowl all 20 overs. They will probably have to introduce the spinners soon.

Oay hoay!! Nearly Got him! A Awkward Pull shot from Powell which was too unnecesary!

Oooh!! Flicked just past Short leg!!
Too Quick for him to catch! :afridi

99 deliveries maximum remain. The local rasta population are applauding Powell and Big Benn.

347 for 8

cricinfo says - end time is 5:30 (currently 5:14) and 16 overs remaining. I think they will play as long as light permits and not the closing time which was changed from 5 to 5:30 because of delayed start and all days have gone past the closing time

Light starts to go around 5.30, so another 15-20 minutes after that and the light will be offered. Another 30 mins at the most I would think.

Its getting darker, and players take drinks. Strauss does not look happy :)))

Bob Willis looks like he is going to have a heart attack in the Sky studios.

A lead of 500 and you dont win - would be a shambles.

Cracking cricket to watch.

Its been a good 5 days to watch.

Take note, Allen Stanford - oh wait, you cant because you are on the run!!!

What is next, take a blow to body and call physio. Is this regular houlry drinks break or a special one

Swann will get an lbw sooner or later. Benn has to use the bat!

That last one prob should have been given out!

I'd say a few mid-pitch conferences between overs. Also send out a pair of gloves!

This has been a very good series so far.

Tense finish; would be terrific if they survive...

There you go, just hiding the bat behind the pad. 9 down!

Plenty of umpire intimidation going on out there. England appealing for the bat hitting thin air.

Harmison has bowled 5 bouncers this over to a number 10 batsman in fading light why isnt the umpire giving him a warning ???

Surprised that Harmison hasnt been spoken to about the short-pitched stuff...

Might as well just slog - not going to survive with all those fielders close in

Even Harmison has woken up!

He knows that if he can nip out number 11, he's guaranteed to be selected for the rest of the series and beyond.
