West Indies v Pakistan | 2nd Test | Bridgetown, Barbados | Apr 30-May 4, 2017 | Day 5

I remember Zaheer and Laxman winning us a match from similar position. :amir

Was it the same match in which Sharma ran half way down the pitch on a single that wasn't there and Laxman lost his mind, never seen him that angry.

Our delusional fans who overrate this mediocre team deserve this humiliation.

I am not too sure who does that as the ranking clearly suggests where we stand atm...Not to mention we came into this series with a 0-6 loosing streak....

Yaa... Laxman shrieked like a girl ! It was my first time watching him so angry ! :))

Our Test side is in terminal decline. Dark times await us. Expecting the UAE 'fortress' to burn down soon.

AMIR playing so freely, not much demon in the pitch... does that say shouldnt go with a team of 6 right hand batsmen... happened in the AUS in the first test first inns I believe, where Sami played 100 balls where the rest collapsed like this..

Wow back to back fours from Amir.

Amir, you bacha party... learn how to play tests.

It's amazing how so many nicks from our bowlers never carried yesterday whereas everything is carrying today.

The wicket definitely looks a little quicker today but the taller Windies bowlers also getting more bounce then ours did.

Love these west indian bowlers , lovely action and great speed. A little bit more consistent and can take a lot of wickets. Joseph and gabriel.

This is how you play on this sorta wicket, lesson to learn for Misbah and co, right strategy but implemented way too late to have any impact on the result of match in Pakistan's favor.

A bit over , Disappointing performance but hardly any of our other players have got a chance to perform.

Misbah was always a batsman who would find it tough in difficult batting conditions, YK is 40+ officially and Asad Shafiq is just terrible right now.

Also Shadab and Babar are very early in their careers and will get better, So not a good idea to judge things like this.

All of this really shows what a fluke our 2-2 result was in England. We got lucky with flat pitches, injuries to some of the key English players as well as their crisis in the top-order with players like Hales, Vince and Ballance trolling. Had we played in May like SL when the sun wasn't shining, we would probably have been whitewashed. That result created a false impression about this team but the wheels deservedly came off in Australia and New Zealand.

This doesn't mean anything. Match is lost which is why these two are playing without fear. Watch them choke if they manage to get close.

Last 10 overs 42 runs. Who would have thought playing faster would get us out of trouble :O :O

Should have played at 2 rpo since that is the way to play test cricket Big Mac

This is terribly exaggerated. We played really well in that series. Give credit where it is due.
England played their best possible 11, who was the key English player to miss that series due to injury

when it comes to pak, lessons will always remain as never learnt...

Appreciate the effort from Amir and Sarfraz but I don't think it's going to be enough

Cone on Amir! If you can score 48 against the pace attack of Starc and Hazelwood, you can definitely score more than 50 here

Only stokes was injured, It is not fluke in any manners, we only played badly in 2nd tests and in 3rd test we are ahead in most parts of game until epic choke

no they all backed playing 15 runs of 10 overs against tired bowlers, old ball, fresh batsmen on a much better pitch than this.....

Azhar and Misbah played one whole morning session scoring just 40 runs in this very test match in the 1st inns, and they back that...

well done Sarfraz, you are a senior cricketer with a healthy understanding of how to bat with the tail

poor shot Amir u are better than that and why does Sarfraz expose the tailenders so much. Ive noticed that about him he bats very poorly with the tail.

He bats right handed bro.

Only to give the bowlers a chance. In this game he would come out left-handed and smash the bowlers to all part like Lara after entering in the Superman cheat code on the Playstation game.

Yeah like that's our fault. You can only play what's in front of you, if England messed up with their selections then that's too damn bad. England had a full strength attack for the most part.

Massive upset going on here.

Bunch of nobodies beating a top class team. This win will be remembered for a long time by WI fans.

Not this. The defeat at Sharjah will. Beat a No.1 or 2 ranked team at their home when they were even worse.

Yar I understand where u r coming from but we cant win the match by 1 batsman.
It was fine. Amir has been playing like this since the start of the innings and did pretty well.

Agreed. It was the job of our top order to step up.

Yes, Him and Shehzad batting together.
